The expiration date is counted from the moment the balloons are handed over to the consumer.
There is no guarantee for balloons (clause 7, article 5 of the law *).
There are no refunds for balloons.
If any defects are found in the balloons, the consumer has the right to replace these balloons with new ones, exactly the same (Article 18 of the Law *). To do this, you need, within the established expiration date, to bring balloons with defects to the store where they were inflated and present them for replacement. In response, the store will inflate new, similar balloons. In all other cases: the balloons burst, the expiration date has expired, the balloons were inflated in another store, the balloons are not replaced with new ones.
The return of balloons of proper quality (Article 25 of the law *) is impossible, since the balloons cannot be unused.
