Hiding small gifts in a ball
The sequence will be like this:
- We cut the neck out of the plastic bottle; it will become a kind of funnel.
- Then we put the ball on the prepared funnel. For small gifts, a regular bottle is suitable; for larger gifts, it is better to choose a five-liter bottle - it has a much wider neck.
- We place a gift inside the ball through an improvised funnel. Also, to add effect, you can add tinsel, confetti, streamers, and other small details inside the ball. If you want a “floating” effect, tie it on a fishing line and leave the end edge outside.
- Next, you need to carefully remove the ball from the funnel, fill it with air to the desired size, and tie it tightly, not forgetting about the fishing line.
This method is useful if you want to fill the ball with small notes or wishes, wrapping them in small tubes; you can also use small origami. When the balloon is inflated, the paper will expand, which will add volume to the inflatable gift.

Balls for a surprise ball
For the craft, you need to buy one large ball, as well as several dozen mini-balls. They are sold in packs of ten or one hundred. These are small products up to 5 cm in diameter (inflated). For one surprise, craftsmen use about 200 mini-balls, but their number may be smaller. The shape of the internal elements can be arbitrary. The easiest way is to put in regular oval balls, but if you want to play around and make the surprise even more amazing, you can change them to hearts.

The principle of designing large gifts

How it's done:
- We pull the ball onto the plug with a lid, lower the pump tube inside the ball.
- We insert the tip of the pump into the hole so that the plug on the pump closes the tube like a lid. You need to inflate the balloon using the pump and then remove the pump.
- Place the prepared interior design into the inflated balloon. There are also many ideas for interior decor - beautiful fabric, glitter, confetti, serpentine, cut out paper figures and much more. Then, place the gift itself. Also, if you need to place it at a certain height, use a fishing line.
- Remove the adhesive tape from the holes in the lid and remove the ball from the neck. Remove the lid while holding the ball. Also, while holding the ball, carefully disconnect the ball from the pipe and remove the cover.
- You need to inflate the balloon to the desired size, decide how high the gift will hang in the balloon, secure this height with fishing line, if you used it, and tie the balloon tightly.
- Decorate the outside of the ball with ribbons, stickers, or paint with markers.

In itself, this is a rather labor-intensive method. As a rule, the construction of the process of wrapping a gift in a ball depends directly on its size. In general, the entire registration process is divided into three parts:
- We place the gift itself in the ball.
This point is the most important and most difficult, but at this stage the most questions arise, the answers to which you will find out below. - Fill the balloon with air.
As is correct, difficulties arise at this stage only with large gifts. In any case, at this stage you definitely need a pump (for large balls); for small ones, the strength of your lungs is enough. Then, the secondary design of the internal space of the ball. - Now you need to decorate the outside of your gift in a ball.
You can use anything as decoration: ribbons, beads, beads, stickers, flowers, etc.
To make a gift in a small-sized balloon, such as, for example, jewelry, packaging of candy, a watch, and so on, you will need: directly, the large-sized balloon itself, the chosen color, the neck of a regular plastic bottle, scissors, a ready-made gift, pump, and decorative elements.

Types of twisting
To get an airy figurine in the form of an animal or flower, a long inflated ball is twisted into bubbles of different lengths and then connected into a lock. Depending on the type of figure, the following types of twisting are distinguished:
- The usual twist is twisting a small bubble on a ball. The size of the bubble is determined and squeezed by hand at this distance, then twisted to one side about 3-4 times. Subsequent bubbles curl in the same direction.
- Twisting with a lock - securing 3 consecutive bubbles into a specific figure. The 2 outermost bubbles are folded at the point of their connection, then twisted around with the next one in the same place 3-4 times.
- Twisting with a lock (another method) . Two bubbles are twisted and the ball is bent at the place of the last twist, the working part is compressed and the next bubble is outlined, and only then is twisted together.
- Twisting with a bend - securing three consecutive bubbles into a figure, where the two outer ones are not twisted, but simply bent. The bubble is twisted, the ball is bent and twisted 2-3 times.
Types of twisting can be practiced on balls before committing to twisting in order to gain manual dexterity skills. Once the twisting technique has been practiced, it will be much easier to understand and follow the instructions for forming shapes.
