Autumn changes in plant life

Goal and tasks:

· Update children's knowledge about a variety of plants

· Repeat and clarify concepts familiar to children: deciduous and coniferous plants, medicinal plants, garden plants, forests, meadows

· Develop attention, logical thinking, and horizons of children

Equipment:

music disc, crosswords for each team, a bouquet of flowers, pictures of a forest, meadow, garden; pictures with images of different colors.

Plants play a huge role in human life, being the main source of food: vegetables, fruits, herbs, grain from which cereals, pasta, and vegetable oil are obtained.

Plants release oxygen and thereby make the air breathable.

Many building materials are made from plants: wooden structures, leaves for roofs, rods for fences.

Plants heal people: the medicine aspirin was first obtained from willow bark, and drops from lily of the valley juice help the heart function. Onion and garlic juice contain substances that kill many bacteria.

The team is divided into 3 groups.
