Sequence of preparation steps:

1. Baking light cake:

  • Whisk the eggs, then gradually add sugar;

  • add flour along with baking powder, shake until smooth;

  • the oven should be heated to 180 degrees. Line the pan with parchment paper and grease with butter. Fold the dough into a mold and put it in the oven. Bake 30 min. Check readiness with a toothpick (must remain dry).

2. Preparing dark sponge cake:

  • beat chicken eggs with a whisk, gradually add sand;
  • add flour, baking powder, and cocoa, beat until smooth;

3. Let the prepared cakes cool, then remove the parchment.

4. Preparing cream pudding:

  • mix sand and starch in a bowl;
  • add half a portion of milk, mix well;
  • In another bowl, heat the rest of the milk; when it boils, reduce the heat. Pour in the starch-sugar mixture, stirring continuously with a whisk. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • The resulting mixture thickens very quickly and becomes viscous. Leave to cool.

5. Soften the butter, beat with a mixer, add the prepared cream pudding. Beat until smooth and refrigerate.

6. Cut the berries into halves, remove the seeds. Cut the nectarine into quarters.

7. Be sure to cook nectarines and prunes in boiled sugar syrup (this is done to get rid of the acid and make the nectarine soft and sweet). To prepare sugar syrup, boil 1 glass of water, pour 1 tbsp into it. l. sand, add prunes, nectarines, cook for 5 minutes. Next, drain the water and leave the fruit to cool.

Cream composition:

  • condensed milk - 1 can;
  • butter – 350 gr.;

Cooking steps:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. While beating the whites, add sand (half of the total amount of sand). A strong foam should form that will not spill out if you turn the bowl over.
