  5. Leave the chicken in a cool place to marinate for about 3-4 hours. Then cut along the breast and unfold like a book.
  6. Cut the second lemon into slices, place half on the bottom of the baking dish.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over lemons and add sprigs of thyme and chicken. Place remaining lemon and thyme over chicken.
  8. Crush the head of garlic with a knife and crumble it into a mold with your hands.
  9. Sprinkle with the remaining marinade and place in a hot oven for an hour. Baste with marinade periodically. Can be served in the same form.

Recipe: pies with jam

For preparation you will need:

  • flour – 330 g;
  • kefir – 300 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • chicken egg – 1 piece;
  • vanillin – 1 g;
  • baking powder - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • sugar – 3 tablespoons;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • jam.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour the kefir into a container, break the egg and beat with a whisk.

  2. Now add vegetable oil, sugar, salt, baking powder, vanillin and whisk everything. Add flour and beat again. The mass should be homogeneous and quite thick;

To avoid the formation of lumps, do not pour out all the flour at once, but do it in small portions. Add, stir and add again.

  1. Pack the dough in a plastic bag, cut a corner a little and squeeze it out onto a baking sheet in small portions to form the future shape of the pies. Do the same with the jam and squeeze it into the center of the future pie;

  2. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. The sweet snack is ready.

These pies are an excellent, sweet and filling alternative to pizza.
