How to make from ready-made cakes

It is best to take sponge cakes, because... they are soft and absorb any cream or syrup well. While waffle or puff pastries are crispy and dry.

Components:

  • packaging of cakes;
  • cream - 300 ml;
  • powdered sugar – 100 gr.;
  • strawberries – 2 cups;
  • pear – 1 pc.;
  • water – 100 gr.

Step by step steps:

  1. Prepare syrup for impregnation. To do this, you need to rinse the berries thoroughly, fill them completely with water, add sand and cook. When it boils, cook the berries for 5 minutes, remove from the stove.
  2. Grind the berries (ceiling).
  3. Grind through a sieve so that there are no pieces. Leave to cool.
  4. Whip the cream together with powdered sugar. Shake until fluffy foam is obtained.
  5. Remove the skin from the pear, cut into several pieces, and grind in a blender.

  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • flour (wheat) – 360 gr.;
  • sah. sand – 210 gr.;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • sour cream – 200 gr.;
  • vanillin – 1 small pinch;
  • soda - a quarter tsp;
  • any canned fruit.

For the cream take:

  • heavy cream (not less than 30%) – 0.5 l.;
  • sah. powder (can be replaced with fine sugar) – 130 gr.

Sequencing:

  1. Beat (foam) eggs with sand and vanilla.

  2. Pour in sour cream and beat again.
  3. Add flour sifted with baking powder and soda. Knead the dough.
  4. Pour the dough into the oiled pan.
  5. Place the pan with the dough in a heated oven (180 degrees) - 40 minutes.
  6. Cool the baked cake, divide it lengthwise into 2 halves.
  7. Whip cream with sand.
  8. Place the first baked cake on a plate and soak it in syrup from canned fruit.
  9. Place the cream in a thick layer, spread evenly and place the chopped fruit.
  10. Brush the fruit with cream and place the 2nd part of the cake on top.

  11. Soak in syrup as well.

  12. Cover the entire cake with cream.

  13. Decorate the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
