Such gifts would be appropriate if the coach and his student do not communicate outside the gym. Such a sign of attention is unlikely to make people best friends, but at least the athlete will be confident that he is respected and his work is appreciated.

In stores you can find a significant number of products that will be an excellent gift for a coach’s birthday. Some of the most interesting options are:
- T-shirt with a funny inscription;
- personal notebook created in the shape of a cup;
- cartoon portrait made from a photo;
- order or medal with engraving;
- certificate for skydiving or swimming with dolphins;
- a wristwatch that looks like a real speedometer;
- Fitness set, including a towel and a flask.
Knowing that the coach is passionate about running or swimming, it is worth presenting him with an unusual figurine made in the form of a tired runner or swimmer. Such a gift will always please the eye and make you smile even when you are not in the mood.
Souvenir paper ball
We suggest making a voluminous homemade soccer ball together with your children. Of course, with such an attribute you cannot organize professional fights or even backyard competitions, but such a craft will come in handy as an original souvenir.
Regular soccer balls are made from genuine leather or high quality synthetic materials. A homemade ball will not be so durable, however, this is not required from the souvenir version. We suggest gluing together an original paper craft.
Taking advantage of the master class on making paper attributes, you will not be disappointed with the result. You will get an exact copy of a soccer ball. You can choose the size of your craft yourself - just increase or decrease the size of the template.
Necessary materials for crafts
To make a paper ball you will need the following:
- several thick sheets of white paper (cardboard will not work!);
- a couple of sheets of orange (blue or black) color;
- PVA glue;
- some cardboard (for making templates);
- scissors;
- ruler;
- a simple pencil and eraser.
Step-by-step description of the work progress
- Draw 2 shapes on the cardboard: a hexagon and a pentagon. In this case, the distance between the opposite corners of the hexagon should be 9 cm, and for the pentagon - 7.5 cm. Cut out the templates along the contour.
- After the templates are cut out, attach them to the paper and draw the required number of details. You need to draw 20 hexagons on white paper, and 12 pentagons on colored paper. After all the details have been outlined, use a ruler to draw additional lines around each figure, departing from the main contours at a distance of 1 cm.
- Next, use scissors to cut out all the parts (along the second contour) and make additional cuts in each corner.
- Fold the edges inward.
- After this, you can proceed directly to assembling the model. To make the ball round, you must adhere to the basic requirement: there must be 5 white hexagons around each colored pentagon. To begin with, you can lay out the parts on a table (flat surface), and then start gluing them together.
- Continue gluing together the white and colored pieces in the established order.
- After you glue the last piece, you will have a real ball! When preparing templates of the specified sizes, a paper souvenir is even obtained with an identical diameter to a real football attribute.
