What skit to congratulate the school principal on his birthday?
For the school principal's birthday, teachers usually prepare a small concert, including congratulations in poetry and prose, funny miniatures and other numbers. Of course, your manager deserves warm words and good wishes addressed to him!
Congratulations to the school principal on his birthday in the form of a skit
The congratulatory sketch begins with the words of the presenter: – Dear guests! Today we will play out a drama, or a satire, called “The Creation of the School World.” Please do not judge us harshly: Fear almighty God!
God appears on the stage: “Let there be light, let there be darkness!” (Turns the lamp on and off.) Let there be land and water! (Places a pot of soil and a bottle of water on the table). And so that the century runs faster, Let there be the first man! (Leaves).
The director comes on stage. He looks around and says: “The world is beautiful, everything is beautiful, but it’s just somehow sad here.”
The Devil appears on the stage with an apple in his hand: “Well, take a bite of the apple.” Director (indignantly): - God said, don’t listen to the devils!
After these words, the Devil performs a funny pantomime in a happy birthday sketch, he runs and jumps around the school principal with an apple and persuades him to try it. Finally, he agrees and takes a bite of the fruit.
God appears again: “You disobeyed me, you ate some apples.” You will never be in heaven again. I'm banishing you from school!
Menacing music sounds, God continues: “I will appoint you as director.” I will give you head teachers in addition And also teachers to teach the children.
Presenter: – As is the case, everything then went on as usual. Children are just punishment! Director (sternly): – Strengthen everyone’s education!
Presenter: - The kids are screaming and crying. The elders fight and jump. Director: - I will master the method, I will be able to educate them!
Presenter: – I just had time to say it when the door creaked quietly.
In a comic skit on the school principal's birthday, teachers appear.
Presenter: – The teachers are all majestic, They act like peahens. Teachers: - Yes, our life is not bad! That it’s not a release is simply a miracle! Some people gnaw on the granite of science, and some sing songs. And, of course, as is the case, there will always be a Bully. We can’t do without them at school, otherwise there will be boredom and darkness.
What other skit can you prepare to congratulate the school principal on his birthday? Put on a miniature in the form of an adaptation song performed by teachers: - The daisies hid, the buttercups withered, When God made us a teacher. Why did we girls listen to him, Why did we go teach the students?
Now, from year to year, you teach children, And the notebooks make your eyes dazzle. Why do you girls love school so much? Only suffering from that love.
God appears on the stage again: “Why are you making so much noise here?” What are you unhappy about? If you don’t like something, contact the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation - you can email, you can fax, or you can send a regular letter by mail or call the hotline. I’ll dictate your phone numbers now (rummaging in his pocket)…
Damn: - Yes, I know these phones better than yours, what’s the point... (winks insidiously). Maybe they don't like the school principal? Teachers in unison: - How can you not like it?!!
In a congratulatory sketch for the school principal’s birthday, a remake of the song to the melody of the song “And I Like Him” sounds: - Let them say: “Your principal is strict!” And many people have already suffered from it. Let them say that he doesn’t choose his words, When he scolds, when he scolds...
Chorus: We like it, like it, like it, Even though sometimes it’s cooler than a thunderstorm. We like her, we like her, we like her for her smile and her kind eyes!
We like her, we like her, we like her. And in the world as a whole there is no other chef like him! We like her, we like her, we like her. May she have enough strength for another two hundred years!
Presenter: - And God looks at everything, And he sums it up. God turns to the director: - Here I give you an order This very day and this very hour, On your wonderful anniversary In your valiant school! Light up these glorious teachers with good deeds!
If the head of your institution is married, then you can congratulate the school director on his birthday with the following sketch: the husband of the birthday girl will appear on the stage and read poetry.
Husband: - I don’t know when my wife will come, Maybe at ten, maybe at seven. But I believe that she, dear, will be able to cope with everything!
And he will stop the bully, And he will enter the class unbridled. He will pickle the cabbage for the winter and give a lecture to his son.
And, really, I can’t count all her merits here, alas. What a blessing that there are still such wives in Russia!
The teachers will continue their congratulations in the form of a skit for the school principal on the occasion of his birthday: - What a blessing that in Russia there are such principals! Head teacher! Woman and mother! Both in the school and in the family incarnation, it is difficult for us to find words worthy, That a woman director can decorate. Foreman and watchman and administrator, She is a teacher, manager, supply manager! An advisor is a judge, not a dictator. She is dragging the school baggage in a cart. Our native school is so beautiful And in the morning every classroom is filled with sunshine, Russia stands on women like you, And our school rests on you!
(They turn to the director): - You care about the school with your soul, delving into all matters thoroughly. And with a firm director's hand, lead us brilliantly! The authority of the students is the Guarantor of Education and Science. And today, without sparing words, we list all your merits!
A comic skit from the teachers for the school principal’s birthday will end with the performance of a reworked song to the tune of “Gena the Crocodile’s Song”: - Why are we having fun, don’t skimp on words, Why are there so many guests here? Don’t guess in vain, it has become clear to everyone that today is a big anniversary.
Chorus: Let them play at least on spoons, And our choir will sing a song together, It would be nice if there were anniversaries every year.
With respect, with love, we wish you health and glorious victories in your work! Well, don’t be shy and in return try to live up to a hundred years without sadness.
Chorus.
The hero of the day is getting prettier and younger in spirit, The whole team is singing next to her, We congratulate you on your anniversary, we wish you happiness, Well, everything else will come.
Chorus.

“I’ll buy you a folding bed”
“The work of a teacher should not be reduced to this: get ready, teach a lesson, go home.” It is important for a teacher to enjoy what he does,” Yulia Sergeevna is sure. “For example, I continue to teach classes because I like teaching. I see how my children grow, with what results they pass exams. I understand that my work is not in vain. I believe that there should be no lessons after which the children have a question: why do we need this?
Yulia Sergeevna builds her classes on the principles of vital pedagogy. This is learning based on updating the child’s life experience for educational purposes.
“For example, together with younger children we “cut” conventional pizza and “cook” dumplings,” says the director. — For those who are older, now I teach Russian language and literature classes in the eighth grade, we definitely look at how to use the acquired knowledge in the final exams.
By the way, the quality of education in this school has been gradually but surely increasing in recent years.
“It’s nice to see this,” says Yulia Kamenskaya. “This is the result of the work of the entire teaching staff. We practically do not have teachers who take lessons and go home. The school stays open until late in the evening. We offer a variety of options for additional education, even in areas such as cooking, hairdressing, and photography.”
Yulia Sergeevna’s mother told her daughter more than once: “I’ll buy you a folding bed.”
“I don’t have the concept of a “working day.” “I arrive early in the morning to meet our kids - first graders,” says the director. “Children should know the head of the school and understand that he is absolutely not a harsh or evil person. It’s wrong to say: if you play around, I’ll take you to the director. Stereotypes need to be broken. Students should feel friendly support from the director, know that they can always come to him with their joy or misfortune, or ask any question. I am glad that children trust me and tell me a lot.
As confirmation of this, a high school student peeks into the office during our conversation.
“Yulia Sergeevna, do you think it’s better for me to get a diphtheria or flu vaccine first?”
Smoke without fire
“I’ll never forget my teacher’s last day.” There were festive events at the school, preschoolers came to classes... And then the fire alarm went off,” says Yulia Sergeevna. — Sensors showed that the fire was in the basement under the dining room. I run there - everything is in smoke. We evacuated the children and teachers from the building in a minute and a half, and waited for the firefighters. Fortunately, nothing serious happened - one of the wires began to smoke. Then the holiday for teachers did take place. Can you imagine the state in which I came to see it? It was both scary and fun.
Yulia Kamenskaya especially notes the school staff.
“I’m glad that young, talented guys, real stars, come to us,” she says . — Each of them is assigned a mentor - an intern who works with him within the subject. In addition, young specialists are supervised by Maria Ivakh, a teacher with extensive experience. Yes, today there are federal state standards, clearly defined requirements for teachers, and Maria Ivanovna focuses on human qualities - she teaches how to communicate with children, conduct lessons, creating a certain atmosphere.
Among the employees of the institution there are 18 men and 76 women.
“This is the largest male team among all the schools in the region,” says Yulia Sergeevna. - We have a young man - a primary school teacher. He came to school at the same time as me, and established himself so well that parents ask to enroll their children in him. We analyzed the situation, and it turned out that among those who want to get into this class there are many children who are raised only by their mothers. There is an expression “the first teacher is the second mother.” And they see him as their “second dad.”
The director notes: there are no random people among the employees. The school employs those who sincerely love what they do.
“I demand a lot from myself, so I allow myself to demand from others,” says Yulia Kamenskaya. “For example, this morning the teachers handed me their lesson notes, so I checked their readiness for classes. Although I have quite a lot of work experience, I write notes for each lesson. In general, I would like my colleagues to talk about me as a fair person. For me, this is one of the most important criteria for evaluating work.

The raccoon became the symbol
Now Yulia Sergeevna proudly leads guests around the school.
“We made a design project, carried out renovations, and now we are gradually complementing our design ideas,” she says. — First of all, we changed the wardrobe: we abandoned the closed rooms in which children often hid, and created an open, bright space. Thematic locations were decorated on each floor.
For example, in the recreation area, where the history rooms are located, there is a museum space. On the walls there are stands that tell the history of the school. They were prepared by Maria Ivanovna Ivakh.
“This is our honored teacher, she is already 84 years old,” says the director . — She collected exhibits for the school museum. Since there is no free space in our institution, it was placed directly in the recreation area. Now there are more than 1,460 children studying at the school, our institution is in great demand.
Yulia Sergeevna gives an example: just the other day, the parents of three fifth-graders turned to the school.
“They didn’t come to us in first grade,” she says. “And now they came with the words: you have a really good school, please accept us.” This phrase - “School 45 is a good school” - is our hashtag on social networks. Now he is constantly heard, and appeared in the first year of my directorship. At the opening of the school camp, children did warm-ups with a fitness trainer. My deputy and I watched what was happening, and he said: “We have a good school...” And so the hashtag was born.”
On one of the walls there are photographs reflecting the history of the Sverdlovsk region. They depict iconic places: today and several decades ago. The circus, the Yubileiny cinema, which became the Epicenter...
“The guys came up with the project and created it using grant funds,” explains Yulia Sergeevna . — In general, we often participate in various competitions; last year alone we won eight grants. Children come up with ideas, write projects, and use this format to learn about the city and its inhabitants. By the way, the idea for one of the projects was born after an incident that happened to our student. He saved a drowning girl, they talked about it a lot. The guys created a project: they placed information stands on the school grounds with rules for safe behavior, including on water. We support children's initiatives. The modern education system is not limited to just acquiring knowledge.
In the hallway of the elementary school there is a sports area: a climbing wall, so that the children can burn off energy and exercise during breaks. Nearby there is a Lego wall: a large board with a construction set.
“This project is the winner of the “Parent of the Year 2018” competition,” says the director. — Today, mothers and fathers are actively involved in the life of the school, often coming out with proposals “It would be great to do...”. This is how the idea arose to hold a competition for parent projects; we implement the best ideas at the expense of the school.
A huge board on which you can draw with crayons is also placed at the initiative of moms and dads.
This year, funny raccoons appeared on the wall near the foreign language classrooms, “speaking” French, German and English.
“We chose the pop art style for decoration, because we need to keep up with the students,” says Yulia Sergeevna. “These languages are taught at our school, and the raccoon is its symbol.” By the way, the children also chose it. They decided that for the holidays they needed a life-size puppet. We wrote a project, won a grant, proposed design options for different animals and put them up for voting. I thought the beaver would win. After all, next to the school there is a channel in which these animals are found. But the children decided: the raccoon would become the symbol.
My son is only three months old
On the walls of the transitions between floors are photographs of significant events in school life. This exhibition is constantly updated with new photographs.
“I adore our institution, I live for school,” admits Yulia Kamenskaya. — My eldest daughter is in fifth grade, and my son is three months old. But I didn’t go on maternity leave. As planned, she gave birth to him on the birthday of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin. I’m a literature teacher, now I have little Alexander. Just a few days after his birth, graffiti decorated a wall on our school grounds. I couldn’t miss this event; I came here with a stroller.
Yulia Kamenskaya studied at the Lesosibirsk Pedagogical Institute. She considers the profession her calling: she dreamed of working as a teacher. After graduating from university, she was supposed to go to Ilansky. But a few days before the start of the school year, she was denied this job.
“I came to the rector with crocodile tears: help me get settled,” she recalls. — He called Krasnoyarsk and gave me good recommendations. They offered me a choice of one of the gymnasiums and school No. 97. I was afraid to go to the gymnasium, because I had no work experience. Moved to Krasnoyarsk. I was immediately given great guidance. This was my first and only release. I always told my children: I will no longer be able to love other children as much as the class teacher. We had an enchanting graduation, a touching last call... We still communicate with the guys, we meet, we even invited them to the wedding.
Then Yulia Sergeevna was sent to work as a deputy director at school No. 45, then she moved to gymnasium No. 14. And then she returned to school No. 45 again - already as a head.
“My idols in terms of management activities are Nadezhda Nikolaevna Kosykh, director of school No. 97, and Natalya Valeryevna Shulyak, director of gymnasium No. 14. They made me a leader, taught me a lot by their example, for which I am very grateful to them,” says Yulia Kamenskaya . “And in terms of teaching, I have always had good mentors, and this is very important.
