Graduation in kindergarten is a holiday not only for the child. It becomes a real family holiday, in which mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, older and younger brothers and sisters of the main character of the kindergarten graduation - the child himself - participate. Therefore, games that can be included in the kindergarten graduation program may involve the participation of not only the children themselves, but everyone else present.
Graduation in kindergarten is also a factor in assessing the effectiveness of the educational process. It is at graduation that children show all their successes that they have achieved during their several years in kindergarten. This is a kind of diagnostic of the professionalism of the teaching staff of a preschool institution. That is why games at graduation in kindergarten are also a diagnostic component of the educational process. Games at graduation in kindergarten, in addition to the entertainment component, have the function of showing both teachers and parents at what level of readiness for school the child is.
Note to teachers: play equipment can be purchased in a store for kindergartens - detsad-shop.ru Low prices and fast delivery. The assortment is specially selected for preschool educational institutions. It’s very convenient to buy everything you need for work in one place!
What determines the choice of games at kindergarten graduation?
Graduation is also a kind of psychological step into the adult future, a stage of growing up. The little graduate is worried about the unknown, unpredictable future, so graduation in kindergarten should help the child painlessly move to the next stage of growth, becoming a schoolchild. The main storyline of the kindergarten graduation is built on the idea of growing up, transitioning into “adult” life.
What are the best games to play at kindergarten graduation?
It depends, firstly, on the theme of the graduation ceremony. Games at kindergarten graduation must be thematically related to the overall concept of the scenario. For example, they can be conducted by the main characters of the prom.
What themes for graduation in kindergarten can teachers take as a basis when they begin to develop a scenario, and then fill it with games appropriate to the theme of graduation?
Topics can be:
- Children's literary works. You just need to make sure that the children have read this work accurately so that the children understand the theme of the holiday.
- Famous cartoons. Perhaps children have their own favorite cartoons, the main thing is that they are kind and positive.
- Circus and everything connected with it.
- Sports (for example, the Olympics).
- Art: music, painting, architecture, sculpture.
- Museums.
- Story.
- The science.
Games are selected according to the graduation theme.
The choice of games for graduation in kindergarten also depends on the graduation algorithm, on several mandatory moments that are always present at graduation. In addition to all the other material in the script, in any of the graduation blocks in kindergarten you can use a game appropriate for this stage of graduation.
When choosing games for graduation in kindergarten, you must remember that the participants of this holiday will be in very elegant, sometimes very long, almost floor-length dresses.
Accordingly, games for graduation in kindergarten should not prevent children from feeling smart, and luxurious costumes should in no case be damaged during the fun games, so that the mood of young graduates remains festive throughout the entire event.
Game "I want to wish..."
Number of participants: 5-6 parents.
You will need: a bright bag with the items collected in it.
The presenter invites parents to come up with an original congratulation to their children. To do this, they need to take the first object they come across from the bag, give it to the child and say a few kind words as parting words to the future student (the words must be related to the object).
For the “bag of wishes” you can use small dolls, candies, chocolate, fruits and various school items that may be useful in class.
Block "Introduction".
Game "Leaves are falling in the garden"
All children stand in a circle, the leader reads a poem, and the children depict what he is talking about.
Presenter: - Soon you have an important day - you will go to first grade! Today we need to make sure that you are ready for this day, and maybe even rehearse how this will all happen. Now I will read a poem, and you show me everything that I will talk about. So!
The leaves are spinning in the garden, I'm going to school soon. I’ll wave my hand to mom, I won’t take her with me, I’ll carry my backpack myself, I’ll braid my hair, I’ll tie a huge bow, Dad will be very happy, Grandma will be happy. School will be so much fun!
Preparing the assembly hall
In addition to chairs placed around the perimeter of the room and a piano in the corner, the assembly hall for graduation requires additional decoration. Children should feel that this is a real holiday. At the same time, decorations should be functional and not banal. An excellent and popular option today is decorating children’s graduation parties with balloons. The advantages are obvious:
- Children associate balloons with the holiday, so this is a win-win way to decorate the assembly hall;
- modern technologies make it possible not only to hang balloons around the room, but also to create entire compositions from them, both wall and
- floor (arches, cartoon and fairy tale characters, bouquets, etc.);
- You can hide wishes or surprises in balloons to distribute them to children at the end of graduation.
Block “Tales about graduates.”
Game "Our Graduates"
Children, teachers and parents who want to play are called onto the stage. Each person is given a piece of paper and a pencil or pen. Everyone writes on pieces of paper one quote from their favorite movies, cartoons, or a line from a song, a motto, a slogan, a call. Parents can write their phrases for children. Then they give their piece of paper to the neighbor on the right.
Presenter: - Now I will tell you about what our kindergarten graduates were like, and then we will try to predict what awaits our children at school. And you all will help me together! I will read you the beginning of the sentence, and you will read its ending, which you have written on a piece of paper. Or I will ask you a question, and you will answer with the phrase that you have written. So! Let's begin!

—What phrase did the teacher greet them at the door?
- What did the children answer her?
— And what phrase did our children react to the semolina porridge that was given to them in the morning?
- With what screams did they run every day for a walk?
— When quiet time came, with what words did our children go to rest?
— What phrase did you greet the parents who came to pick them up in the evenings?
Today our children are graduates. Let's find out what they think about school?
- What will they say when they see their first teacher for the first time?
— What will they tell their friends at school if they are called to the blackboard?
— What will the first teacher say on September 1 when she sees our children for the first time?
— What motto is necessary for success in school?
- What will our children say when they get the first A in their lives?
— What if, by chance, a deuce appears in the diary?..
— What phrase will our children greet their first holidays?
Young poets
The presenter first pronounces and then gives each group of children printed rhymes; you need to compose your own poem:
After the guys read their poems with these rhymes, let them remember, to which famous writer do these rhymes belong? And in which poem have you already read these lines? (Here, for example, the lines “Near Lukomorye there is a green oak tree...” by A.S. Pushkin).
You can choose rhymes from other poems known to children. This competition is a good exercise for the mind!

Game "Kids - Graduates"
Children are invited to show themselves in the process of reading poetry in the form of kids (squatting) or graduates (raising their arms high above their heads). The presenter says that during the game he will also show kids and graduates, but he may get confused in the process of showing, so children need to be very attentive and listen to the texts of the poems.
Poetry:
We once came to the garden with you, We were just kids! (Squat) And now we have grown up, we have already gone to school! (Raise their hands up) They could barely sit at the table, They could barely eat with a spoon! (They squat) And we dangled our legs - They didn’t reach the floor! (Squat) And without adults we barely knew how to dress. (Squats) And now we are all big, how huge they are! (Raise their hands up) You used to dress us and wipe our noses. (Squat) We didn’t know how to read, But we just wanted to play. (Crouch) We are no longer mischievous, We are now graduates! (Raise hands up)
Rewards
Do not forget that purely symbolic prizes and gifts are a guarantee that the guys will want to participate in competitions at graduation. For example, you can give the winners of competitions a useful souvenir - a notepad, pen, photo album or some kind of decoration. Sweet prizes are also available. Those who lose can be given consolation gifts. Parents and teachers should also be rewarded. It is necessary to give a speech of praise in front of the guests, this is also very effective. 11th grade - although they are adults, they love praise no less than children.
In fact, this practice greatly increases the interest of graduates, teachers and parents in competitions.
Block “Gratitude from children and parents to the teaching staff of the kindergarten.”
Game "Gratitude"
The game can involve 5-7 people, children and adults.
Presenter: - Today, all the toys want to thank our teachers for helping our children grow and mature for so many years. Take a toy in your hands and, on its behalf, say everything you wanted, but perhaps didn’t have time, to our dear educators.
Children and adults, individually or together, say words of gratitude on behalf of the toy.
Game "Thank you"
There are numbers written on a piece of Whatman paper hanging on the wall. They are written out of order, mixed up, but together they form the word THANK YOU.
Presenter: - Dear children! Now you have a difficult task ahead of you. But you are already big, graduates, so, of course, you can handle it. There are flowers cut out of paper on the table. They are yellow and gray. Your task is to choose a flower. If you really liked it in kindergarten all these years that you went to it, take a sunny yellow flower. And if not very good, then gray. After you take the flower in your hands, look at what number is written on it. Find the same number on a piece of Whatman paper and glue your flower to it. And then we will see what we got.
After the adults helped the children glue the flowers onto the Whatman paper, everyone read the word THANK YOU together! And once again we thank the kindergarten teachers.

After the evening, each of the children takes home their “cloud of good thoughts”
Block “Congratulations to graduates from kids.”
Game “Dress the baby for a walk”
Presenter: - Our dear graduates! Remember how you yourself were once just as small? Even then you didn’t know how to dress yourself, and adults helped you. Now you have grown up and can already help others dress themselves. Let's see how well you do it!
Graduate children are divided into two teams, each team is “given” a child from the junior group of the kindergarten. Many items of clothing are placed on the chair. For each team, the season of the year is determined according to which they need to dress the baby in two minutes.
The teams’ task is to select all the necessary elements from the mass of clothes and dress the baby quickly and correctly. Diametrically opposite things can be selected - summer and winter. To make the game more fun, you can add some elements of carnival costumes to your clothes that we don’t wear in normal life.
Magic words
The presenter invites all the children to stand facing him and perform the movements that he will call. But you need to be careful, since you can start moving only after the presenter says some “magic” word: please, thank you, thank you. For example:
- Please, let's all squat down! (Children do).
- And now they got up and jumped (children should not get up, everyone should remain in the same position, because the magic word was not spoken).
- Well done, thank you for your attention and applause! (The “magic” word “thank you” was heard, the children applauded).
- You are doing well, thank you, you can stand up and jump. (Children complete the task).
Block “Preparing graduates and their parents for school.”
Game “One morning we overslept…”
Presenter: - Dear parents, it is no secret that getting a young first-grader to school is a difficult and responsible task. Especially early in the morning, especially when it suddenly turns out that you HAVE OVERSLEEPED! In order to be prepared for this surprise and come out of it with honor, now you and I must rehearse! We will simulate a situation where early in the morning, without waking up yet, with your eyes practically closed, in the morning darkness, you are in a hurry to get your child ready for school. And then we’ll see how you coped with the task and whether your child will bring anything unusual to class?
The task for parents is to assemble a school backpack while blindfolded. Items that are offered for folding: textbook, pencil case, pens, pencils, paints, notebooks. This set should also contain things that are not intended to be taken with you in a backpack to school: a soft toy, a doll, a chocolate bar, a can of coffee, slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a television program, mother’s perfume and mascara. eye, grandma's knitting and so on.
Two parents assemble the backpack at the same time. You are given one minute to pack your backpack, since you need to get ready very quickly so as not to be late for school.
After this, you can repeat this game with the children or together with the children and parents.
What else will freshen up a prom night?
The prom script should be written in advance and include many nuances. 11th grade graduates of all times have always loved dance competitions. For example, you can gather several pairs and give them an object, say a record. And their task will be that they must squeeze this plate between their cheeks, waists, backs, and so on - at the discretion of the presenter. The winning couple can be chosen by audience voting. You can also involve parents in the competition.
You can also line up everyone in a circle and throw an object around the circle. It could even be an ordinary stick. While she walks from hand to hand, let the music play. As soon as the music turns off, the person who has the stick left must go to the center and dance with a stick to new music, and the stick will imitate some object that the presenter will come up with. This could be a broom, a barbell or even a pole.
No one has canceled the competition for the king and queen of the ball, in which many boys and girls will want to participate. Each participant can give a speech describing their strengths. Many people dream of standing out at graduation, and this competition can provide such an opportunity.
Voting for this competition can be made anonymous, and a couple of winners can be awarded crowns and certificates of honor. After the awards ceremony, have the couple do a victory slow dance while enjoying each other's company. To avoid offending others, you can give each participant some title, which will depend on how they performed during the training, and then make a speech of praise for each of them.
Thus, there are many competitions with which you can diversify the prom. All of the above games are worth including in your graduation scenario. After this program, not only graduates, but also numerous guests will be satisfied, and the graduation party will become the most beloved and lasting memory.

Game "Bag of Wishes"
The game involves 5-7 adults - parents and teachers. In the hands of the presenter is a beautiful “Bag of Wishes”, in which several small various items are collected. Each adult, in turn, picks up a bag, takes out one item from it and says a wish to the graduates, somehow connecting it with this item. The item can be given to the child along with a wish.
Approximate list of items:
- Small doll
- Orange

Another option for choosing the theme of games at kindergarten graduation is school subjects that first graders will study in class.
Game "What belongs to what"

You need to choose what you need and put it on your team’s desk. Three minutes are allotted to complete the task. At the command of the presenter, notebooks, textbooks and pencil cases are swapped one by one, or all at once. The driver’s task is to take someone’s place during the process of changing seats. The one who does not get a place becomes the driver.
What competitions are suitable for prom?
With competitions, graduation will become more fun. So, competitions for the prom can be selected depending on the team, mood and preferences, as well as the format of the prom. According to their content they are:
- Tabletop;
- Movable;
- For intelligence;
- Funny.
The atmosphere of the entire evening depends on how interesting the competitions are selected and compiled. Therefore, we offer you a choice of games that will definitely impress both the graduating class and parents. Before the start of the ball, you need to make a competent speech that will interest the guests and announce an approximate scenario. This is one of the most important moments at graduation.
"Who will become who"
This type of competition is quite suitable for warming up. As many studies have shown, most often classmates guess a friend's future profession more accurately than he and his parents. The point is that a team of willing people is being recruited, each of this team should already have an idea about their future profession. All team members take turns naming their version of who a particular person will become, not paying attention to the opinions of teachers and parents, focusing only on how he showed himself in the class.
Game "Professions"
The winner is the person who has chosen the profession that his class considers most suitable for him. It's funny, but this competition is often a starting point for a person and in the future it changes life beyond recognition, forcing one to think about a different life option than the one that has already been chosen.
Such competitions are sometimes held even before choosing a profession, in order to force children to evaluate their strengths and look at themselves from the outside. Here you can leave the script aside and let the guys speak out.
"Who am I?"
The essence of this competition is that several teams are elected, most often two or three, then each team chooses a captain. Members of each team must study in the same class.
Preparations for this game should be carried out in advance; you need to purchase several photographs of well-known people, which are tied with an elastic band so that they can be put on your head.
Such a photograph is put on the captain so that he does not see who is depicted in it, but his class does. Now the captain must ask his team leading questions to find out who he is. Moreover, the team can only answer “yes” or “no”. The winner is the graduating class whose captain guesses who they are the fastest.
The competition scenario needs to be thought out in advance. Alternatively, you can use photographs of teachers and parents, this will make it much funnier. You can also use, for example, portraits that hung in the classroom and students know exactly who is depicted in them.
Competitions of this type are suitable for erudite people who are interested in testing their wits and practicing their speech.
"Get to know me"
Such competitions lighten up the atmosphere of the prom if the teachers have a sense of humor and are not averse to frolicking with the guys.
A team of children and teachers is being recruited. Each of the children begins to show a certain teacher, and the teachers’ task is to guess their colleagues or themselves. Laughter and good mood are guaranteed for the whole evening.
To diversify this competition, you can make a second round, in which teachers will show the children or each other, and they will guess who it applies to. When showing, you can use funny incidents that happened in class, you can use speech, but without naming names.
This competition is reminiscent of a modified “crocodile”, only here everything is built on shared memories and pleasant nostalgia, so such a competition will add love and respect to your comrades and teachers.
The script for this competition should take into account the characters of 11th graders and teachers.
"The smartest and fastest"
It is better to organize such competitions from the very beginning of the prom. To make it interesting and attract attention, you need to call two 11th grade students on stage, who are rightfully considered the smartest kids in the class. They stand opposite each other. The difference between them is about 6-7 steps. The class supports both children at this time.
Now the presenter begins to ask one person a question. For example: “How many legs does a spider have?” At this time, the second graduate begins to run as quickly as possible towards the first. The first one's task is to respond faster than the second one comes running to him. Then the first one gets a point. And the second should strive to run to the first faster than he can answer the question posed. Then the second one gets a point.
After this, the guys again stand at a distance, and the question is asked to the graduate who just ran. Questions may vary. For example:
A huge number of such questions can be created. The point is that it is very difficult to navigate and answer them in a matter of seconds; speech usually stops. Laughter and good mood after this competition are guaranteed for the whole evening. The script in this competition usually does not work, it all depends on the students. So feel free to come up with questions and move forward to new victories.
"Who went to class"
This competition is a humorous test to see who in the class attended all the lessons without skipping classes. It is understood that each graduating class becomes one team. If only one 11th grade student is present at the graduation, then it can be divided into two teams. In this case, one team is the guys whose last names are in the middle of the list in the magazine. The second team is after the middle.
All participants are blindfolded. At the signal, each team must line up according to the list in the magazine. The class that completes the task faster and better wins.
"Where I am"
Before holding the competition, you need to prepare in advance photographs of the deep childhood of all 11th grade graduates. The photographs must be shown at graduation, and students must guess who is in the photograph. As a rule, the class has a hard time guessing their friends in early childhood, and after such a competition a sea of positive emotions is left.
The host will determine who will have the most matches. The 11th graders with the best performance, this could be two or three people, go on stage.
Now their task is to determine the parents of the children they guessed. For the integrity of the competition, the second round can be conducted anonymously, that is, so that only the presenter knows who is pointing at whom. The participant who names all the parents correctly wins.
"First Class Relay"
How long has it been since the kids hastily packed their briefcase so as not to be late for class? This competition will show who loves to sleep and does everything in a hurry, and who takes advantage of the kindness of their parents who get them ready for school. After all, it was not clear in class.
A briefcase is placed on a table or chair, and the necessary school supplies are laid out next to it. There should be as many such portfolios as there are teams. Two or three teams from 11 classes are recruited. At the signal, the first person from the team runs and puts one accessory into the briefcase. After he returns, another one runs to the briefcase and puts another accessory into it. This continues until the last participant brings the assembled and zipped briefcase to his team. The team that collects the briefcase first wins. The point is that you need to assemble a portfolio not only quickly, but also efficiently.
How to calm children down.
How to attract attention. If the children are noisy
and it’s difficult to calm them down, a little counting rhyme helps out. The presenter says “One, two, three” The children answer: “Three, two, one” All together loudly: “ We keep our mouths shut ”
And another option. Presenter: “one-two” Children: “Three, four” Presenter: “Three, four.” Children: “One, two.” All together, with a gradual decrease in voice to a whisper: “ Ti-shi-na has come!” »
After this, the children become quieter.
Animator games.
Catch a fish
All the guys carefully follow the leader, who shows them his hands and explains that one of them is a wave (makes characteristic movements with it, depicting a wave), and the other is a fish. As soon as the fish appears from the wave or “jumps” out of it, all participants clap.
Thus, it depends on the presenter at what speed the fish will emerge from the water and how often to do this, and children must be attentive. When the presenter makes sure that the fish constantly emerges from the wave, endless applause begins. The game is dynamic and fun.
