Use the resulting piece as a template for cutting the remaining parts of the costume. Next, we begin to assemble the tulle with elastic. Take one cut piece of tulle, fold it in half and sew it to the elastic. Do the same with the remaining pieces of tulle. Observe the direction of the tulle pieces. Add more tulle until you think the tutu is complete.

Moreover, Elvira Mistress of the Dark's makeup is ideal for a Halloween party.

The shoes also attract attention. You can offer the good sorceress to try on pointe shoes, but the evil witch will have to tinker a little with shoes.
