Since June 1, despite the pandemic, sanatoriums and children's camps have opened their doors. And what would a vacation be without friendship and fun? And for all this to be present, we need to use our ideas. After all, we have the best and coolest chants for camp. These are funny chants for summer holidays about cooks and the dining room, about breakfast, pasta and lunch. These are short phrases about counselors and exercises, about sports and lights out, and much more. OH! And funny quatrains for summer camp will make you happy. You won't find anything like this anywhere.
Squad chants and chants for the camp can be changed and the name of your squad can be added. It's simple and won't take much time.
Invitations
Of course, in the spirit of that time - a ticket to a summer camp, the same pennant or banner, a stylized poster. It will be fun to send out real postcard letters by mail. True, you need to take care of this in advance, at least three weeks in advance (so that the letter does not arrive at the last moment).
Or have invitations delivered directly to your home. A boy and a girl, both serious, “in uniform,” check the folder: “Comrade Marina Sidorenko? Sign your name! Hold it. Have a nice evening!". Surely the children of friends will not refuse to play so wonderfully for chocolate.
Write an invitation to the Pioneer party laconically, with a bit of patriotism and a bit of humor. For example:
“Dear friend Petya! I invite you to the annual pioneer gathering. Fun starts, a buffet with drinks and loyal comrades await you! Do not let me down! Bring a tie and cap, a strong spirit and a good mood!”
or
“Comrade pioneer! 17.17.17 at 17-00 you must come to the anniversary meeting always ready! Cultural events, discussions of the results of the last five-year plans, a festive tea party and more are planned. Venue: XXX Appearance: XXX.”
To the organizer
The Pioneer Party brings memories to life. For adults, this is primarily a nostalgic mood. Treat your preparation like a pioneer, responsibly, with all diligence. Carefully draw and trace the letters, carefully cut and glue - without carelessness. Especially if it is an anniversary or other important date.
It is advisable to obtain real attributes - on the mezzanines of friends, in the archives of cultural centers (for rent), sold via the Internet. It’s easy to do a lot of things with your own hands, but, we repeat, not just somehow, but as realistically as possible.
Realism is the secret of the mood: guests will easily get into the spirit of the theme if they spend a little more time preparing. If not, many will feel embarrassed, like participants in a mediocre parody.
Be careful with humor. For example, pioneer posters and mottos are often altered in such a way that the meaning is grossly vulgarized. The older generation will almost certainly not appreciate such creativity. Humor is welcome at a party, just match the nature of it to the audience.
But for young people/children, such retro themes are just a fun way to have fun. In this case, you can think through the details a little less carefully, use jokes/caricatures more freely, and allow minor inaccuracies (they won’t be noticed anyway).
Creative games, quizzes
- continue the words of a song or a famous quote from a film (our Soviet ones, of course). You can write several on pieces of paper, cut them in half, and mix them. Give to the squads (each with their own, 15-20 quotes/lines of the song). Let them quickly glue the “imperishable” with tape;
- race to glue a feeder from cardboard parts;
- Everyone draw a wall newspaper together. Whatman, photo of guests. Each person leaves a birthday wish under their photo, in Pioneer style;
- compose a poetic toast to the hero of the day (hero of the occasion). This is a reference to the radio program “Pionerskaya Zorka”, the broadcast of which was largely based on poems and stories sent by the guys;
- answer thematic questions/choose the correct answer out of three.
You can also run around in bags and perform forfeits, play spin the bottle and crocodile, sing songs in chorus and organize dance competitions. The more of our games that are familiar to the point of a pang in your chest, the better! This is a retro theme, there is no need to invent something fundamentally new.
At the end of the scenario, present all pioneers with memorial certificates and vouchers. Where? Of course, to a better life! Beautifully designed, with a retro feel (there are Artekovsky samples online, for example). If you are in nature, the soulful finale of the party will be “Royal Night” with songs accompanied by a guitar and a traditional pioneer bonfire.
Styling the room
For decoration, choose traditional red, white, yellow and deep blue colors. Of course, the emphasis is on the scarlet color of the banner, but do not overdo it - the atmosphere can become oppressive. Decorate the walls and ceiling with paper flags, balloons, pennants, garlands of USSR era labels (popsicle, lemonade, sprat in tomato, processed cheese).
Go ahead, in search of “treasures” - country sheds, mezzanines and storage rooms, grandma’s buffet. Banners, drum, busts and portraits of leaders, record player, bugle. You might even find old newspapers and posters that would be perfect for pioneer party decorations. No? No problem! Posters, cards and labels can be printed from the web or drawn. Don’t forget about the traditional banner with the slogan at the entrance to the room: “Create, invent, try!” or “With the letter O - strength, with the letter I - grave!” (about sports/alcohol).
Draw a humorous wall newspaper. Let your friends be the heroes of fictional stories (Petrov handed over the most waste paper, Ivanov was seen smoking - shame, comrades!). In a prominent place is a board of honor with photographs of friends (you can take children’s photos, and organize a competition - guess who is where?). One of the pioneers' amusement on a beach holiday was a tantamaresque (a stand with an image and a hole for a head) - give your guests a photo hugging Lenin or Gagarin!
In the decorated hall of the restaurant:
A real delight and complete immersion in the atmosphere of the USSR - cones with juices, a soda fountain, an “Ice cream” or “Cotton candy” cart, a barrel of kvass or beer on tap. It’s just a pity that these party attributes are not cheap, but the pioneer’s ingenuity will not let you down! Can't rent? Print out the photo and arrange a retro exhibition “Born in the USSR”.
Pioneer slogans
Pioneer slogans were a set of rules that every pioneer had to follow. These phrases were written on posters, and so that children could remember them better, they were written on lined notebooks on the back cover. Sometimes they would print the “Solemn Promise,” the oath that every child made when they tied a red tie. Slogans such as: “A pioneer is an example to all children” were popular; — “A pioneer grows up brave and is not afraid of difficulties”; - “The pioneer speaks the truth, he values the honor of his squad”: - “The pioneer is friends with children from all countries of the world”; “We, the pioneers of the Soviet country, will be faithful to the glorious tradition.”
The slogan had to be short, clear and memorable.
Suits
A white top in any design and a denim bottom is the simplest option for costumes for a pioneer party. Guests will not have to rack their brains over the choice of clothing, and all the attributes will be handed to them on the spot.
If guests buy/sew accessories themselves, they will almost certainly end up with a mess of shapes and shades. Therefore, it is better for someone to sew pilot ties and make badges (or buy them in one place for the whole company).
- Pioneer tie: a triangle of fairly dense red fabric with a base of 100 and a height of 30 cm. It is not necessary to burn the edges or process them in any way, because the ties will last only an evening. Hang instructions at the entrance so that party guests don’t have to puzzle over the “tricky” knot.
- Pioneer cap - sew two rectangles together, without lining. If you have time, take everyone's measurements. If not, sew average men's and women's. Buy bobby pins and give them to your guests (so the cap doesn’t fall off your head).
- Badges: Print out pictures, cut out cardboard bases. Glue the pictures to the bases. The pioneer badge will be attached with a safety pin. It needs to be unfastened and taped to the base. Wrap the entire badge, and then trim the tape and carefully fold the edges to the back side, towards the pin.
If you are planning a pioneer party for a grand birthday or anniversary, the clothes may be a little more formal. Although in this case the costumes are simple. Girls: white shirt/blouse + blue pleated skirt or brown school uniform with an elegant lace apron. Pioneer women look funny in “boyish” trouser shorts.
The shirt can be tied in a hooligan knot just under the chest. Braid your hair or make ponytails. Buy a couple of large festive bows and snow-white knee socks. Apply light, barely noticeable makeup.
For men - a blue/brown suit or only trousers, without a jacket. And the same white shirt. If you don’t mind spoiling it, replace regular buttons with “golden” metal ones. Leather belt with a “gilded” plaque. Grown-up guys in short pants/shorts are sure to bring smiles.
For a party in the style of a pioneer camp (outdoors in summer), it is better to choose short-sleeved shirts. If the holiday takes place near the water, take one-piece swimsuits (at least not the most revealing ones). Make some guests armbands, maybe with humor (the person on duty for vodka, for kebab).
Speeches
Speeches were spoken during marches and at parades and songs. They helped me keep pace and adhere to a certain rhythm. They were usually invented by the participants themselves. However, they were remembered very easily, so that the pioneer, returning from camp, could easily learn the chant he liked with his school troop. The one with the loudest voice usually began to pronounce it, then the whole squad responded. “Solo” and “chorus” alternated. It looked something like this: “One, two!” - Three four! - Three four! - One, two! - Who walks together in a row? - Our pioneer squad! We are great guys, Leninist pioneers! In the overwhelming majority of chants, the chants began with a count to set the marching rhythm. At the formation and song review, the chant was usually followed by a song. Almost always the lead singer and soloist in the chant was the same owner of a ringing voice.
Meeting with guests
To start the pioneer party noisily and cheerfully, ask the guests to take an oath. This process may take longer if the company is large. You can do this: the presenter reads, and the guests shout in unison, “I solemnly swear!” after each line:
- have fun to the fullest, be active, strive for victories in competitions;
- do not get completely drunk in the first half hour, even if the lemonade turns out to be very tasty;
- do not touch other people's pioneers below the waist.
After the oath, distribute ties, caps and other attributes to everyone.
Rallying Spirit
Start-finish, you can sketch out obstacles. The guests line up. Their legs are tied: the right leg of one guest to the left leg of another, and so on for everyone. The goal is to run (totter?) to the finish line faster than your opponents. If there is not enough space, let the squads run in turns, and the leader will time the time they complete the course.
Death to the Nazis
Fascist target (print a picture or dress up a life-size cardboard silhouette), bananas. The first participants come out, peel the banana, eat it and throw the peel at the enemy. Did you quit? You run into formation, and the next “pioneer” runs into position. The winner is the squad whose members completed the task faster.
Let's turn the world upside down
Let the squads choose one hardy “pioneer” from the team. These fellows will “transport” all of their friends one by one, holding them by the legs. The rest need to quickly “run” to the finish line on their hands.
Prepare household gloves with pimples (so as not to get your hands dirty) and family panties (girls in skirts will thank you). The team whose members all “run across” to the finish line faster will win.
Apples to apples
The goal is to transfer as many apples as possible from a common box to your basket in a minute without using your hands. Hint to guests that they can do as they please, but not touch the harvest with their hands. Let them get creative! At the end, count the fruits in the squads' baskets.
Breaking records
This competition is more suitable for a pioneer party outdoors, but you can also build obstacles indoors (scatter large toys, place stools, etc.). Two participants from the squads are appointed by lot or captains. The others give hints (to the right, behind).
The goal is to, blindfolded, collect more garbage from the “clearing” than a squad of rivals. Metal - cutlery, waste paper - newspaper scraps. You need to have time to put the “garbage” in your own box (write “Reception point” on them). At the end, count whose box has more units of “garbage”.
With a ball
Volleyball, football, pioneer ball, sniper (dodgeball). You can play any of them outdoors, and somehow beat them indoors:
- plush ball bouncers;
- football with the middle and index fingers, instead of a goal - a cup on the side, a ball - a grape;
- a generic box filled with crumpled paper. Two laundry baskets. Everyone throws paper together into their “squad” baskets. Whoever fills it up faster wins.
Entertainment
Suitable music will stir up memories and add ambience to the scenario of a pioneer party. Download several compositions by popular Soviet performers of the 60s-80s, songs from cult films of that era. Dilute the track list with pioneer songs: “Soar with fires”, “When my friends are with me”, “Sunny circle, sky around”, etc.
When planning entertainment, take into account the age of the guests. If the holiday is for adults, it is unlikely that the 50-year-old hero of the day and his friends will be happy with an endless series of active games. It is better to choose competitions for a pioneer party so that their meaning reflects (with humor) the life of Soviet schoolchildren: harvesting, waste paper and scrap metal, helping the elderly, sports, military training.
For a party in the style of a pioneer summer/camp, a scenario in the form of a friendly competition between two squads (or more) for the title of the best is perfect. Traditionally: divide into teams, come up with a name and chant, choose a captain.
If there are not enough guests to divide into teams, let it be a joint training before the upcoming competition (at a camp, Zarnitsa, sports rally). And at the end, announce that everyone is great, everyone is ready to win in any competition - both sports and those invented to test the spirit by the mischievous Fate.
Menu
To decorate the table, a red tablecloth and white napkins are suitable, or vice versa. Faceted glasses, Soviet shot glasses and heavy crystal glasses, simple porcelain dishes - salad bowls, plates with a rim, herring bowls. In miniature vases there are carnations, daisies or cornflowers, bright plumes, on the table there are “huts” made of napkins, pepper shakers and salt shakers.
If you are planning a party according to the Pioneer Gathering scenario, the table should not be very rich. The dishes are simple, traditional for those times, satisfying and natural. Herring with onions and peas, herring under a fur coat, Mimosa and Moscow, Vinaigrette and Fish salads (the same one made from canned food, eggs and onions). Boiled potatoes with butter and dill, sliced vegetables, squash caviar.
The dining rooms served dumplings and dumplings, baked fish, jellied, pumpkin and cottage cheese casserole, sandwiches with ham and cucumber, rye bread with sprats and onions, wheat bread with butter, sausage and cheese. For dessert - potato cakes, a protein basket, eclairs and Prague, Zebra, Drunken Cherry, Anthill cakes. Don't forget our candies - Cockerel and Little Red Riding Hood, School, Golden Key and Alenka. And you can’t do without compote and lemonade for every taste! The pioneers did not abuse it, but alcohol can be poured into stylized bottles (print out old labels and re-stick).
