Oscar Party - Birthday
Dear girls, girls, ladies. This post is over two years old! And I no longer have any script, nor did I ever have one. I just offered to share one of the competitions. I am sure that after a little surfing on the Internet, you will be able to create your ideal scenario...
This year I turned 30 years old. And since it’s an anniversary, I decided to throw a party for myself (before that, I only did such theme parties on the occasion of my husband’s and children’s birthdays). But I decided to celebrate two months after my birthday. There were several reasons for this: religious (fasting had just begun on February 23), and I don’t like the end of February because of the weather (I hoped it would be real spring at the end of April), and I wanted to prepare thoroughly.
Next, I will write about my finds and my ideas for decorating an Oscar-themed party. If it is useful to someone, I will be glad.
1. A month before the celebration, I sent out such invitations to the guests. A designer at my work helped me with this, but someone can do this themselves.
2. I ordered the printing of a brand wall, against which we then took a photo. I printed it at my work, a banner measuring 2.2 x 2.5 m cost 950 rubles.
3. I bought 10 meters of red fabric (ordinary chintz) for the red carpet. 500r
4. On the website www.cool-editor.ru I made comic videos with the participation of each guest. I came up with nominations (“Actress of the Year”, “Actor of the Year”, “Best Make-up”, “Soloist of the Year”, “Superhero”, etc.), according to which each guest received his long-awaited Oscar after the video was shown! I printed each nomination on a printer and pasted it onto a separate envelope, which contained a card with the guest’s name. After watching the video, a card with a name was taken out of the envelope and an Oscar was awarded))
5. I made Oscar figures from soap and covered them with gold acrylic paint. Soap mold + soap base 360 rub. Acrylic paint 100 RUR

6. Ordered 30 goal balls. We order from a friend, 750 rubles.
7. For the “Makeup Artist of the Year” competition, I prepared a presentation in which I made fragments of the faces of famous Russian and Hollywood actors. Guests guessed the actor/actress and received a small cut-out Oscar. At the end, whoever scored the most correct answers received his reward. (If anyone needs it, I can try to send it by email).
8. It was also possible to have a music competition. To do this, you need to collect musical clips from famous films. And guests would have to guess the name of the movie. But, unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time for this (((
9. I printed out photographs of the guests on A4 sheet in advance and pasted them onto the seats in the “auditorium”. By the way, I made an improvised red curtain and an Ikea bedspread, which just happened to be the right color)))
And this is what it looks like at the real Oscar ceremony.
And now day X has come. At the entrance, guests were greeted with a red carpet and a reporter and cameraman, whom my husband and girlfriend kindly agreed to play. The reporter asked the guests humorous questions about the birthday girl, and the cameraman filmed everything. Later, at the end of the entertainment program, we watched each guest’s video and checked how accurately the guests answered the questions. Accordingly, the best received the “Psychic of the Year” award. For example, the questions were:
— What year did the birthday girl go to first grade?
— What color is the birthday girl’s diploma of higher education?
— Model of the birthday girl’s first car?
After the official part (when all the videos were watched and all the awards were presented), there was a banquet. And for entertainment, we traditionally have games: mafia, crocodile and poker (usually the strongest survive to the last).

The presenter can simply voice your finished script or conduct his standard program. To do this, it is enough for him to give a text a few days in advance and voice his wishes for the graduation ceremony (this is the most budget option).
If a couple of presenters with an individual program participate (they meet several times with representatives of the parent committee, they draw up a new script taking into account all your wishes) - it is more expensive.
The number of show numbers and their duration, the presence of special effects are also important. Photographers and videographers, in addition to hourly pay, may have other tasks: creating a presentation, video, editing a film about graduation.
