Stage 1. Preparatory work
Step 1
Let's draw a circle on the slide. To do this, on the Insert tab, select Shapes - Oval. Press the Shift key on the keyboard and, holding it, draw a shape on the slide. (The Shift key allows you to draw a circle instead of an oval.)
For the circle, choose yellow fill and outline colors for the shape (this will be the core of the daisy). Click on the shape - Format - Shape Fill - Yellow, Shape Outline - Yellow.
Step 2
Let's create a daisy petal on the slide. To do this, draw an Oval shape (Insert - Shapes). Select Format – Shape Fill – white, Shape Outline – black.
The created petal needs to be copied and pasted 7 times. To do this, select it, right-click on it, and select copy from the context menu. Insert the oval 7 times (Home - Insert).
Move one oval to the left side of the slide, and another oval to the right. Select 8 ovals on the slide. To do this, select the first oval, press the Ctrl key on the keyboard and, while holding this key, left-click on the remaining seven ovals.
To make it easier to work with ovals, go to the Format - Align - Align to Top tab, and then Format - Align - Align Horizontally (the Align selected objects checkbox should be checked).
We get ovals distributed on the slide.
Step 3
Now you need to turn the chamomile petals. Let's leave the first petal without turning. The second petal must be rotated 45 degrees. To do this, select it, Format - Rotate - Other rotation parameters - in the dialog box that opens, select a rotation angle of 45 degrees - OK.
Note
For example, I chose 8 petals so that there was 45 degrees between two adjacent petals. If the number of petals is different, then to calculate the rotation angle, divide 360 degrees by the number of petals. Each subsequent angle will be obtained by adding to the last angle of rotation the angle obtained by dividing 360 by the number of petals.
For the remaining petals, we will set the rotation angles indicated in the screenshot in the same way. We get the following:
Distribute the chamomile petals around the core (yellow circle). Place the first petal on top, the rest in order clockwise.
The petals should be located at the same distance both from the middle and from each other.
Step 4
Since the text will be located in the petals of the daisy, let’s set the parameters for it. To do this, select all the petals. On the Home tab, set the size, color, font style, in the Paragraph group - Text direction - Rotate all text 270 degrees.
Let's print the desired text in each petal. As an example, consider the use of a technological technique in a physics lesson when studying units of mass. Task: convert mass values to the SI system (in kg).
DIY paper crafts: chamomile with wishes
To work on a souvenir we need:
- five sheets of colored office paper of different colors (this daisy is made of blue, yellow, pink, orange and green paper),
- a small piece of cardboard,
- half bead or rhinestone,
For wishes on a daisy, you can use ready-made templates with inscriptions. Or come up with your own congratulations and wishes that will be very personal and sincere for the birthday person.
On one A4 sheet you should place 2 flower templates.
We print them out and cut them out with the tool we are used to (scissors or a knife). This makes 10 blanks for the future chamomile. The petals of the flower must be bent upwards.
Now they should be connected together. To do this, cut out a circle from cardboard, the diameter of which will be slightly smaller than the diameter of the center of the flower.
First, we attach a silk ribbon to it, which can be used as a pendant. We use double-sided tape for this. Then we begin to glue the blanks layer by layer so that the petals are arranged in a checkerboard pattern. We additionally coat the areas near the tape with glue.
And we make a petal module. Fold the square along the diagonals, then turn it over and mark the middle line.
Using the resulting folds, we roll the workpiece into a shape called a “double triangle.”
And bend up both edges of one of the sides. The petal is ready!
A total of 8 of them need to be made.
We connect and glue the petals in a circle.
And glue the resulting flower to the center of our daisy, decorating the middle with a large rhinestone.
And our flower, on whose petals there are 108 unique wishes, is ready!
It turned out to be very bright, positive and truly summery!
And such an original souvenir will definitely bring joy and a kind smile!
And the wishes written on its petals can be used as toasts at the festive table.
