Depending on where exactly you want to have your birthday (in an apartment, outdoors), choose games. For an outdoor birthday party, they can be more active and mobile. For entertainment, we recommend face painting
- these can be drawings of various butterflies, stars or curls; do not forget to prepare in advance suitable templates from children's coloring books.
Among other entertainments that you can do on your own, we can recommend twisting
. A specially invited Fairy (a fairy animator or a friend dressed as a Fairy) will be a real surprise!

Fairy Teapot Relay
If you are planning a fairy tea party, this game will present a simple tea party as fun.
Divide the players into two teams. Give each team an empty teapot and an empty cup and saucer. Fill a large, clean, food-grade plastic bowl or saucepan with cold water.
Teams must race to fill their team's kettle with water from a basin, this is a relay game.
Each player must carry a cup on a saucer, fill the cup with water from a basin and carry it back, and then pour it into the kettle. The first team to fill the kettle wins.
Then you can boil this kettle and have a tea party.
Fairy Birthday Costumes
The most important attributes of a fairy costume are, of course, wings and a magic wand. A tutu skirt or an airy dress will complete the little fairy's outfit. For boys, you can make elf or dwarf costumes for their birthday.

Magic potion
Your little fairies can make their own magic potions and give them names.
Magic Potion is a fun party for an enchanted forest or fairies, a Harry Potter themed party, or any holiday with a magical theme. In addition to the activity, this is also an opportunity to do some handicrafts, and also receive a souvenir: your guests will take their bottles of magic potion with them.
To make a magic potion you will need:
- bottles (one for each guest), for babies it is better to choose plastic, for older children you can take glass
- food coloring
- distilled water (can be purchased at the pharmacy)
- colored glitter (small rhinestones, finely cut foil, glitter powder for needlework, finely cut gold leaf)
- floral ingredients (flower petals, berries and leaves)
- beads, beads - they also decorate the potion, microbeads are especially suitable for a set of lizards. They are indispensable for potions!
- cheap plastic figurines of insects and spiders - these are sold in packs
- glue
You can buy matching bottles at a craft store, or simply remove the labels from juice bottles, jam jars, or just plastic water bottles.
There is any number of elements that children will add to their potion. You can have everyone stick to just one or two ingredients to make simple potions, or have party guests choose from a variety of ingredients to create and name their own magic potions. The greater the choice of ingredients you have prepared, the better and more interesting.
Instructions:
Fill your potion bottles about halfway with distilled water.
Add a few drops of food coloring to transform water into colorful potions.
Close the cap on the bottle and swirl it around to thoroughly mix the dye.
Pour glitter into bottles with a spoon or through a funnel. To emphasize the magical meaning, wait a few minutes and then shake the bottles, the glitter will dissipate and swirl into the potion.
Add floral elements such as flower petals, leaves, acorns or berries. You can also use artificial items found at scrapbooking and craft stores, such as silk and dried flower petals, plastic figurines, or collect items from around your yard or garden yourself ahead of time. Spin the bottle again.
It is best to use dry
items: less likely to rot; added to distilled water, they can look beautiful for months.
Pour glue onto the lid to seal the potion bottle. Make sure the glue is dry and the bottles are tightly sealed before sending the potion to guests at their home.
Another idea is to turn potion making into an enchanted adventure, going in search of suitable (preferably pre-hidden) ingredients in the forest, garden and yard, or just in the rooms of the house. If the holiday takes place outside, children can collect their own magic elixir (adding twigs, berries, dandelions that they find themselves).
Put labels on the bottles, sign where it is, children can come up with magical names for their potions, write down what magical power this elixir contains (the magic of friendship, the ability to read other people's thoughts, fly, etc.).
Festive decoration for the “Fairy” birthday
For the Fairy's birthday, we recommend that you create an atmosphere of magic or a magical forest. All fairies love flowers very much - everyone knows this! Choose one of several paper color options to decorate the room. If you have time, make giant flowers
, little girls and huge flowers - perhaps the perfect decoration!

Pollen relay
Transform an ordinary sandbox into a pollen container. You can, for example, add glitter powder or dye to the sand. Or we can agree to consider the most ordinary sand magical. You can also play indoors by pouring sand into a basin (you can also use kinetic sand (read more about it), it has shimmering varieties).
Divide the players into two teams. Give each team a wide-necked bottle or jar and a spoon. Both teams start at once. The first players in line must rush to the pollen container, scoop up a spoonful and carry it back to the starting location, spilling as little as possible.
A spoonful of precious sand is poured into the bottle, and the turn passes to the next player on the team.
The first team to fill the bottle with fairy dust wins.
Table decoration for "Fairy" birthday
The main colors that we recommend you use when setting the table are pink, silver, purple, white and soft green. You can decorate the space between dishes with flowers (live or made from paper), butterflies, and insects.

Musical fly agarics
We create a playing area, as for a regular game of musical chairs. You need to make several fly agarics from a board, cardboard or other available materials. Use paints, markers or colored markers to color their caps red with white dots. Use adhesive tape to attach the fly agarics to the backs of the chairs. Play fabulous mysterious music, the game itself is traditional chairs (the music is over - everyone must sit on a chair, but since there is one less chair, one player is eliminated each round, and the last remaining player wins).
Another way to play this game is to place mushrooms on the floor and have the children sit on them instead of chairs when the music stops.

Scenario
Peter Pan is a boy who doesn't want to grow up. He remains forever young, he even retains his baby teeth. He escaped from the house down the chimney to Kensington Gardens, where he met the fairies. Later he lived in Neverland - on an island located in such an incredible place that cannot be found on the map. You can get to Neverland only by believing in magic and fairy tales. Peter Pan lived in the company of the missing boys - those who were lost in Kensington Gardens.
In search of his own shadow, Peter accidentally flew into the human world from his magical island of Neverland. He met Wendy Darling and returned to the island with her and her brothers. Peter has his own fairy, Tinkerbell. His worst enemy is Captain Hook.
Of course, first you need to get to this wonderful island. To get there, we will have to put on the appropriate clothes, which are not at all difficult to do. For example, for Peter Pan and his friends you can make a cap from green paper, and for wonderful fairies - dresses or skirts from light fabric. To create an airy outfit, take a wide elastic band and tie ribbons of fabric onto it. If this is a future skirt, then we take shorter ribbons, and if it is a dress, then we take longer ribbons. You can prepare a belt for the dress.
For boys, you can also make a simple outfit from green fabric. We take the required piece of fabric, cut a hole for the head in the middle, and cut out a jagged pattern in the place where the hands should be and along the edges of the fabric. We tie the finished outfit with a wide strap.
When everyone is ready for adventure, we will need fairy dust to fly. Silver or gold sparkles are very similar to it.
As soon as a portion of pollen is poured over the heroes, they will go to the island without adults, where a hut made of paper, blankets, pillows or other household materials will already be prepared for them.
In it, children will find a schedule that they need to follow in order to defeat the pirates: drink a glass of milk, then the girls read fairy tales to the boys, and the boys get food (they solve the quest and find vegetables and fruits hidden around the apartment). Children may not always be willing to follow the rules, but then Tinkerbell Fairy reminds everyone that following the rules will allow them to deal with the pirates. And when the whole day has been lived according to the schedule, the children receive a map of the pirates with a designated place where they moored their ship. And all the children decide to go to the pirates to save the island from the robbers.
Following the map, children find themselves in various difficult situations: fleeing from a crocodile (throwing balls into its mouth), crossing a river (with the help of two pillows or stands, rearranging them), trying to catch cookies with a hook, solving puzzles, the answers to which help children receive the key to the chest where the daggers are hidden.
Then the children are attacked by pirates (this cannot be done without the help of dad, brothers and other adult helpers). If the pirate is alone, the little heroes fight with him one by one. The last to fight is Peter Pan, who finally defeats the pirate. And if there are a lot of pirates, then Captain Hook fights with Peter Pan. So, the island is liberated! Time to drink tea :)
