Pure, rich orange is wonderful, but its abundance quickly tires the eyes. If your party will have a lot of decorations, add another color. The most popular combinations are orange and yellow, green or turquoise/blue . But the red color suppresses the orange, but is great for spot accents, the classic is complementary white or chocolate.
When choosing an auxiliary color, take into account the palette in which the interior of the room is designed. To make the design stylish, use 2-3 shades of the selected tone.
Entertainment
Thinking through the scenario for an orange party is much more difficult than decorating the room or choosing clothes. Games and competitions should certainly be fun, but it is important to take into account the morals of the company . Drinking games and not-so-puritanical competitions are questionable - at the discretion of the organizer.
Appropriate music will help lift your spirits and create a lively atmosphere. There are a lot of songs with the word “orange”, and what if you add oranges to the track list!
The topic does not oblige you to anything specific; any entertainment will fit into the script. The main thing is that everyone has fun! We offer competitions for an orange party in the company of close friends:
Dance race
Two teams – two lines at the start. The first players show any dance movement, the rest repeat strictly in turn. When the latter has completed the movement, he quickly runs forward and shows his “pa.” So the line gradually moves towards the finish line. Whose team will be faster?
Orange tie (under "Bravo")
Decor
At any color festival, the main assistant of the organizer is paper. It can be the thinnest crepe, silk or corrugated, children's ornamental or even ordinary wallpaper - the most economical option. For an orange party at a club, fluorescent paper is ideal; for the New Year, foil and shiny wrapping paper is ideal.
It’s easy to work with paper, there are thousands of MKs online – it’s not difficult to make decorations with your own hands. But this requires a lot of time, and if there is a shortage of it, it is easier to buy paper orange decorations:
- garlands vertical and horizontal - in circles, triangles . You can collect buds, smiling faces, butterflies, flags, pictures of the hero of the occasion and his friends into garlands;
- ordinary flashlights, illuminated, small in groups, large ones at different levels to the ceiling . Lanterns on a wire frame can be used to cover the shades of chandeliers if they do not fit into the surroundings;
In addition to an even tone, use various patterns in the design, so your orange party will be remembered by guests for its unique atmosphere! Fun polka dots, stripes, ethnic patterns, etc.
- lush flowers and pom-poms in groups, in compositions, on walls, in a photo zone . “Icicles” made from volumetric decorations hanging from the ceiling look beautiful (from a large pom-pom/flower at the base to the smallest one at the tip);
- fan circles on the walls, with or without a pattern in the center, in groups - different shades and sizes . Very simple but effective decor, especially when the color of the walls is contrasting.
Tangerines, oranges and other citrus fruits naturally suggest themselves in the design of an orange evening party. You can put them in beautiful transparent containers, complement bouquets of chrysanthemums or gerberas, or draw funny faces on the peel. A cheerful design of a citrus cut in garlands, on napkins, pillows, etc., decorative trees, topiary.
Balloons—regular, foil, patterned, helium, and scattered on the floor—are an inexpensive way to add a festive feel to your decor . If the light in the room is dim, use glowing balls - a very effective decoration!
Glowing beauty can be easily made from ordinary balloons: attach a diode to a battery with insulating tape matching the color of the balloon, put it inside, and inflate. If the diode does not light up, reverse the polarity.
For the New Year, hang electric garlands in the colors chosen for the holiday . They can be put in bottles, collected in “bouquets”, and decorated with red stars made of foil paper. In the fall, pumpkins and bright leaves will fit into the theme of the party, but in doses, otherwise the atmosphere will be nostalgic or reminiscent of Halloween (of course, if this is not your goal).

Greetings to my Friends-Readers! I managed to miss you. I'm glad that summer is finally in full swing! Yesterday I held a stylized wedding “Orange Paradise”. As promised, I am sharing the script with you. I got a lot of ideas on the Internet, mainly on thematic forums. Thanks to everyone who generously shared information. And without much preamble, let's move on to the script.Wedding scenario "Orange Paradise".
Meeting of the newlyweds.
— On the site, in front of the restaurant, there is an arch made of orange gley balloons. The newlyweds get out of the car.
Presenter: Welcome Anton and Lyuba to “Orange Paradise”!
— The guests shout “Congratulations!” and shower the newlyweds with yellow and cream rose petals.
— Parents meet the newlyweds under the arch. The groom's mother is holding a tray of fruit (oranges dominate).
— Mom says parting words and hands the tray to the newlyweds. At this time, guests stand around the newlyweds. The newlyweds treat their guests to fruit. Each guest taking the fruit from the tray says a wish to the newlyweds.
Presenter: In the “Orange Paradise” the sun is a source of light, warmth, and joy. The sun nourishes all living things, gives life, health and love. My friends, let's conduct a ritual of solar blessing of our newlyweds!
— The guests form a “solar circle” from the balls (which were an arch), in the center of which are the newlyweds. Walking around the bride and groom three times in a round dance, the guests sing the chorus of the song “We wish you happiness.” Then, the “solar circle” is released towards the heavens. Shots of firecrackers are added to the enthusiastic screams.
Presenter: “Orange Paradise” is waiting for you, Adam and Eve, that is, Anton and Lyuba. Welcome, you too, sunny guests!
— The newlyweds and guests go to the banquet hall.
BANQUET.
— The newlyweds and guests sit down at the tables. The leitmotif of the holiday is the song “Orange sun, orange sky...”
Presenter: Good evening, dear friends! We are glad to welcome you to the Orange Wedding Party "Orange Paradise"!
- Thematic fanfare sounds...
Presenter: And we hope that this unusual wedding evening will be...
— orange and joyful, like the sun….. — Tasty, like oranges…….. — Romantic, like golden autumn. - Incendiary, like fireworks. - Useful as a carrot - Stylish as an orange tie... and will become a real “Orange Paradise” for two loving people whose hearts have been united for a long time and firmly!
But Anton and Lyuba legalized their relationship today, which is what our orange party “Orange Paradise” is dedicated to!!! And we, dear friends, raise our glasses to our newlyweds! Here's to their happy family life in Orange Paradise!
— After the first toast, the song “Orange Paradise” sounds. "Brilliant."
Presenter: Every paradise, my friends, has its own creator. God created Adam and Eve in the Edenic paradise. And in our “Orange Paradise” Anton and Lyuba were created by their parents.
— The presenter gives a “divine” presentation to parents.
Presenter: You, O divine creators of this beautiful solar couple, have the floor for congratulations.
— Congratulations from the parents.
Presenter: Let's raise a cheerful spell,
For those who created this glorious couple.
Pour wine for the divine couples.
And “For the parents!” Let's drink to the bottom!
— Toast “For parents!” The song sounds………………………………………
Presenter: My friends are positive! Today, in honor of our heavenly newlyweds, the orange sun is shining, the orange sky is shining with bright light, orange butterflies are fluttering over orange flowers, and orange oranges give an unforgettable taste of tropical fruits.
What color do you think love is?
— The presenter conducts a survey of the guests. The newlyweds' answer is considered the correct answer.
— Toast “For love!” The song sounds……………………………………
Presenter: Dear, sunny guests! In every paradise there is certainly a Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. In our “Orange Paradise” the function of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil is performed by the “Book of Paradise Wishes”. Dear guests, when you write your cheerful wishes to our lovers, reveal to them the meaning of the most important things: What is mutual understanding, how to preserve feelings and be happy every day. What is family happiness and how to make sure that you never run out of oranges in Paradise.
— The presenter gives a presentation of the “Book of Heavenly Wishes.”
Presenter: It is no coincidence that the word “orange” rhymes with the word “vitamin”. Everyone knows how rich the fruits of the citrus family are in vitamins. And, first of all, vitamin C. Orange lovers are always healthy, well-developed, active, positively disposed, and grasp and develop any thought, as they say, on the fly.
Today our orange newlyweds have established a competition for the title of “The most fortified guest of Orange Paradise.” For every participation in competitions, quizzes, and tournaments, I will give you these orange tokens. And at the end of our orange program, we will count the orange tokens, and the owner of the largest number of them will receive the title “The most fortified guest of the Orange Paradise.” And, of course, a gift from our romantic lovers.
Gift to Orange Eden!!!
— Music sounds, a chic themed gift is brought into the hall, and placed on the table.
So, I start asking tricky questions and handing out orange tokens to the guests who answered correctly.
— The presenter conducts a quiz on the biography of young people.
Wedding quiz.
1. What does the groom's name Anton mean? - from the ancient Greek name Antony - “entering into battle”, “opposing”.
2. What does the name of the bride Love mean? ……………………
3. The newlyweds studied at the same school, but did not notice each other.
We met when Lyuba was already a student and Anton was finishing 11th grade. Question: Where did Lyuba and Anton meet? — At the birthday party of a mutual friend Anton Popov. (If Anton is present, ask him to tell how IT happened.)
4. Two years after this, Lyuba and Anton simply communicated, occasionally corresponded by e-mail, and then met again, and a spark flew between them. Question: Where did they meet AGAIN? — At Anton’s next birthday.
5. Who can name the historical date when the first date took place? I’ll give you a hint - it was 20 degrees below zero outside, and they walked around the city and sat on a bench, warming themselves with kisses. Surprisingly, none of them got sick after that - that’s the power of love. — It was November 8, 2003,
Then everything was romantic, like in a movie. The day after the first date, Lyuba left for Krasnoyarsk, and further communication took place online. Lyuba saved as much as she could to buy Internet cards, and Anton went to an Internet cafe to write letters to her. Oh, those sleepless nights in front of monitor screens - I can’t even remember now. Knowing this situation, Anton's bosom friends gave him a modem so that he could set up the Internet at home and communicate with his beloved more often.
6. Despite the rarity of meetings, Anton could not do without romantic and tender moments, which the bride always remembers with joy. For example, one day, when Lyuba came for summer vacation, Anton arranged a surprise date. Question: What surprise has Anton Lyuba prepared? — I cunningly lured her to the roof of a 9-story building, where flowers, a bottle of wine and a gorgeous view of the sunset were waiting for me.
7. In turn, Lyuba made surprises for Anton. One day she arrived in Abakan without saying anything in advance, and from home she called Anton on the phone. It was winter, he rushed in half an hour later, opened his jacket, and there... Question: What was under Anton’s jacket? - the rose that Anton gave to Lyuba.
8. Anton proposed marriage to Lyuba on the sixth anniversary of their romantic relationship. They have stood the test of time and distance, and hope that their family will be strong.
Question: What do newlyweds dream of doing to strengthen their family? “We dream of buying bicycles, seeing the world or at least a small piece of it, and opening a common family business.”
— Congratulations to the guests.
Presenter: Usually “heavenly music” sounds in heaven. In our “Orange Paradise” - “orange music” sounds. And I invite all lovers of vivid impressions and colorful emotions to dance!!! And according to tradition, our fiery newlyweds open the dance program.
— Dance of the newlyweds. Song………………………………………..

DJ: Well, lovers of the sun, vitamins and positivity, we are returning to our Orange Hit Parade!
And the “Time Machine” group, occupying the 5th PLACE, believes that some cherished place (which can again be designated as paradise) is located “On the apricot hills”, where “I have not been, you have not been, he has not been”, where the hero of the song of the same name sets off. 4TH PLACE in our Orange Hit Parade goes to a musician with the last name Stravinsky, who I found quite by accident once upon a time on the boundless networks of the Internet (that’s all I can say about him), and the song is called “Orange Color”. 3rd PLACE is taken by the group “Bravo” already mentioned today and their “Stylish Orange Tie”!!! 2nd PLACE and again the group “Bravo” this time with the song “Firebird” Well, of course, even at the beginning of our Orange hit parade could easily guess who would be in FIRST PLACE.
So, No. 1 – CHAI “Orange Mood”. Listen, dance and gain positive emotions
Competitions (held throughout the program at the discretion of the Presenter).
1.
Presenter: I invite married couples to the next positive competition (couples come out). In our “Orange Paradise”, of course, you can’t do without oranges. A good mood combined with these juicy fruits will help us create a real orange paradise today, which, by the way, is exotic for our region.
So, I give each pair 1 orange. Beautiful oranges, aren't they? The participants' task is to peel an orange as quickly as possible.
— The music sounds…………………. Couples peel oranges.
Presenter: You coped with the task perfectly, now do it as it was!..” Again, speed and... beauty!
— The presenter gives each pair scotch tape and scissors, and the participants glue the skin back together.
2. Presenter: People have been fascinated by the taste of orange for a long time and have been using it in the food industry ever since. One of the most famous drinks containing orange flavor is Fanta. This drink has a wonderful taste and charges you with energy and positivity for quite a long time. And it is this orange drink that we will now give away among the most energetic guests.
— Competition “King of Orange Summer.” 6-8 cans of Fanta are placed on the floor. There are 1 more participants in the competition. While the music is playing, the contestants dance around the Fanta. As soon as the music stops, all participants grab 1 can of Fanta. The participant who does not have enough jar takes 1 jar for himself and is eliminated from the game. The last participant remaining completes the task “Dance Rock and Roll” (can recruit a support group). After this, the winner of the competition receives a two-liter bottle of Fanta, the title “King of Orange Summer”, and a wreath of greenery, flowers and fruits is placed on his head.
— “The King of Orange Summer” joins the hands of the bride and groom, blesses the newlyweds for a “full, fruitful, fruitful, happy life together.”
Team competitions. Presenter: Dear members of the orange teams,
1. Each team comes up with its own name.
2. Each team receives the necessary attribute - a roll of orange satin ribbon. The participants’ task: to invent, make and put on orange attributes (the same for all team members)
3. Presenter: Each of you probably knows the children's rhyme that begins with the words: “We shared an orange, there were many of us, but he was one,” where each slice was addressed to its owner. Now, in the same way, each team will figure out how to divide 1 orange among everyone present, so as not to forget or offend anyone. The time to compose an orange wedding rhyme is 2 minutes. And a song from the cartoon sounds to help you. The sharing must certainly begin with the words: We divided the orange, there were many of us, but he was one.
— There is a competition “We shared an orange”
4. Presenter: I think it’s no secret to anyone that, as a student, Anton was interested in design and worked part-time as a designer in an advertising agency. He drew and sent beautiful romantic pictures to Lyuba by e-mail, which are still stored in the family electronic archive.
Now, my positive guests, each team will prepare for the newlyweds not an electronic card, but a real one. And not just a postcard, but a Feng Shui forecast for the happy family life of our newlyweds.
— Each team is given a sheet of whatman paper, glue, markers, and several magazines with bright, meaningful pictures. In the center of the Whatman paper there is a joint photo of the newlyweds. The music sounds…………………….
Teams prepare postcards, sign them, and then comment on their creations. The competition is judged not on speed, but on creativity and positivity.
Competition course “Fruit Paradise”.
The Bride and Groom (captains and catchers) stand at a certain distance from the teams and hold toy nets (or baskets) in their hands. Each team member receives a fake fruit and each team has glasses taped over so that nothing can be seen. Passing the points like a relay baton, team members must hit the fruit basket from a distance. If a fruit falls past, it does not rise - it rots. Well, the Bride and Groom, without leaving their seats, manipulating the nets, must catch, i.e. harvest this exotic crop.
The final part.
Presenter: My dear orange friends! The time has come to sum up the results of the competition “The Most Fortified Guest of Orange Paradise.” Please count the orange tokens you received. You can't team up, in "Orange Paradise" it's every man for himself. And to be honest, tokens will be useful to you in any quantity.
— We calculate the winner of the competition and present the prize.
Presenter: What is the sweetest thing in our paradise? Newlyweds' kiss? Certainly! And also a Paradise wedding cake.
- Fanfare sounds. The cake is either brought into the hall, or the Presenter focuses attention on it.
Presenter: And we will sell the first 3 pieces of heavenly wedding cake at auction. And the currency in our Paradise is, of course, orange tokens.
— The presenter holds an auction - a treat to the Paradise Cake.
Presenter: Even in the “Orange Paradise” a wedding tradition is observed - a symbolic farewell to the bride’s girlhood. No, our Eva will not throw a bouquet that the most dexterous friend would catch. Our sunny bride will part with her heavenly bouquet in a completely different way...
— The song sounds………………………………………… The bride sits on a chair in the center of the dance floor, sorts out her bouquet and weaves a wreath from it. Friends dance around the bride. The bride closes her eyes and holds out the wreath at outstretched arms. The music suddenly stops, the round dance of the friends stops. The bride puts a wreath on the head of her friend, who stopped opposite her.
Presenter: A small piece of the sun, also orange, is a candle light. Dear guests of the “Orange Paradise”, you are present at a historical moment - the lighting of the family hearth of a young newborn family. I invite mothers, the divine guardians of their sacred family hearths, to say parting words to the newlyweds, and then, from their candles, simultaneously light the newlyweds’ candle, their symbolic family hearth.
— Mothers say parting words, and then together, using their candles, they light a large candle for the newlyweds (their symbolic family hearth).
— Response from the newlyweds.
— Each guest lights his own small candle from the newlyweds’ candle. The newlyweds stand in the center of the dance floor. The host invites guests to form a large circle, holding hands. The song “Heart of a Thousand Candles” is playing. The newlyweds dance in the center of the circle.
— The song “Orange Paradise” is playing. Guests kiss and congratulate the newlyweds.
At this link you can see the presenter's costume (mine).
https://foto.mail.ru/mail/teatr_zubar/_myphoto/1655.html I sewed the suit specifically for the Orange Wedding, but it turned out to be so positive that I want to wear it to other summer weddings.
Good luck to everyone and have an interesting wedding. Elena Zubar.
Invitation
A simple option for a youth party is bright flyers, postcards in the shape of a red circle or an orange slice, a gerbera bud, or a sun. For an informal party, funny invitation texts are appropriate, evoking an orange playful mood.
Hello! It seems that I’ve finally gone crazy - I see an orange sky, orange camels, even my mother is orange! Save! General collection “date, time”. I promise I won't get hysterical if you turn out to be orange too.
Original invitation: a short funny text like “Hello! I'm waiting for you on 17.17 at 17-00 at ORANGE PARTY . Every second guest gets diathesis as a gift!” you can write directly on the oranges. A few words on one citrus, of course. Dry the marker, put the fruit in a bag, and let your friends put together a delicious “puzzle”.
Or you can make different invitations, depending on who you like, by cutting out pictures of cartoon characters. Since it's an orange party, the heroes have to be redheads. For example, Tigger and Winnie the Pooh, freckled Antoshka, Garfield, Lorex, Nemo the fish, etc.
Entertainment
To ensure that the holiday remains in the children’s memory for a long time, come up with a simple scenario for an orange party with fun games and awards at the end. It is advisable to choose competitions without an emphasis on the competitive aspect, especially if these are just kids - the losers will be upset.
In our scenario, the goal of the entire game is to open a chest with prizes, which is “locked” with a puzzle lock. Glue to the box a picture with a drawn silhouette of an orange divided into slices. For each competition, children receive 1 slice and paste it into place (number of slices = number of games). When the picture is filled, the chest can be opened and prizes can be collected.
Suits
The first thing that comes to mind is orange clothes, but for a party this is not the easiest option. Orange color does not suit everyone; many are simply embarrassed to look so bright; buying a dress or shirt for just one holiday is expensive. And a strict dress code does not correlate with such a fun topic.
If one of the guests has suitable clothes, great. If not, T-shirts, dresses and shirts with oranges, orange print, or designs of the cartoon characters listed above will do . For forgetful guests, prepare accessories:
- ties, bow ties, neck scarves;
- baseball caps, hats, bowlers (you can simply tie them with ribbon);
- beer helmets - they can be easily made with your own hands from ordinary construction ones;
- “clown” wigs, huge comical bows on the headband, caps;
- glasses with plastic frames, wide bracelets, beads, hairpins, boas, etc. jewelry for girls.
Animators and creative guests can choose a recognizable image of a movie or cartoon character. Famous redheads are Lilu Dallas, the Hatter and the Queen from the last "Alice", Jessica Rabbit, Princess Fiona. And also Cheburashka, sighing over every orange “My precious!” and Carlson (if someone pot-bellied isn’t shy, it’ll be a bomb! =).
Orange party for children: give a sunny mood
Content:
The red color is strongly associated with summer and childhood, good mood, freckles and, of course, oranges. A sunny orange party for children for birthdays, New Years and any other occasion is a wonderful, positive theme for holiday decoration.
Most of the decorations are paper, they can be easily made with your own hands or bought in sets (including everything, right down to stickers, labels, etc.). However, a solid orange color in the design can seem overwhelming, especially if there are a lot of decorations.
To dilute the orange boom, use different textures and patterns - polka dots, stripes. Add an auxiliary color that does not drown out the base - green, yellow or blue.
Menu, serving
Red is an “edible” color that stimulates appetite. Therefore, the lion's share of treats can be bought without wasting time on cooking. Nuts in honey, candied fruits, crackers, candies and dragees, marmalade in transparent containers will easily fit the sweet table into the theme of the party.
Place desserts of a different color in red cones, cupcake skirts, boxes, or on paper plates. For serving, buy disposable tableware, cocktail straws, tablecloths, napkins.
It makes no sense to compose a menu only from orange products; the choice is rather meager. But decorating dishes with red fish and shrimp, sweet peppers, corn, carrots, pumpkin and red fruits is a nice thing! In addition to citrus fruits, serve persimmons, melons, grapes, peaches, medlars - according to the season .
Include several dishes in the menu with orange and/or grapefruit peel - salads, fruit mixes, desserts. You can cool the jelly in citrus halves, adding berries and pieces of fruit, and then cut into slices. The pulp will be left for juices, alcoholic cocktails and punch.
The meaning and characteristics of the color orange and its shades at a wedding
If you dream of a spectacular and bright wedding, orange wedding decoration is what you need!
This color is associated with joy and positivity, passionate love, so fun and a great mood at such a holiday are guaranteed. According to psychologists, this color symbolizes determination, prudence and openness to communication.
Newlyweds who decide to celebrate their wedding in orange are united by a thirst for adventure, sociability and optimism, which means that their family life will become a real holiday.
Orange color options for a wedding
When decorating an orange-style wedding, you can use different shades depending on the severity of the red or yellow undertones.
The spectrum is very wide: orange, carrot, amber, peach shade, the color of ripe pumpkin... Also take into account other tones - saffron, sand, orange-pink, terracotta.
- Orange or carrot colors
Suitable for those who want to make the celebration bright and rich. This is an orange classic. Keep in mind that oversaturation of color can tire those present, so it is recommended to dilute bright colors with more muted and “calm” colors - white, cream, mustard. This color also goes well with green, purple, and blue. - Peach or apricot colors
are worth choosing for those who want to add more tenderness and romance to their wedding. These shades go well with pastel and dark tones - brown, pistachio, gray-green. - Pumpkin, amber or honey colors
are suitable if you are planning to organize a celebration in the fall, as they are associated with a riot of autumn colors. Mix these colors with burgundy, mustard, dark brown - and guests will feel the coziness and warmth that come from autumn magic.
Two-tone weddings
Pay attention to “two-tone” weddings - they look more impressive and colorful. Below are the most common options:
- Turquoise-orange celebration
This style shows the connection between the scorching sun and the sea, which is why such weddings are dedicated to a summer theme. - Orange-green concept
Such an event brings those present closer to nature, so the wedding decoration is based on foliage and floral decorations. - Wedding in coral and orange tones
This is a truly royal celebration, since coral, crimson, purple and other similar shades personify royalty and luxury. Everything should be in the best wedding traditions - a chic cortege, a magnificent bride's dress with a train, a carpet.
- If you are interested in finding out what kind of wedding is celebrated after 35 years of marriage, read the article.

Photoshoot
At almost any themed party, you can arrange a photo shoot with appropriate accessories. We already took care of the background when we decorated the photo zone, all that remains is to add accessories and call a caring photographer. Photo sessions in historical costumes, with movie characters and animals are especially good. I hope I have sketched out enough ideas for your imagination to fly. One final piece of advice: Once you've decided on a theme, do an "image search" on search engines and look at all the examples created by professional decorators. Get inspired by books and films, look for ideas at exhibitions and museums. Give each other joy!

Fun plate
It is very good to spend the whole day in nature, playing with the “flying saucer”, so popular among children. Ask them to bring their own “plates”, they will come in handy.
1. Who's next?: Draw a line on the ground or pull a rope. This is the throwing line. Line up the teams behind the line. Each player throws the “plate” three times, as far as possible. After each participant throws, the judge marks the distance. Throwers must pass the “plate” to the next player. The person with the furthest throw wins, or the team that finishes throwing first wins.
2. Marksman's Plate: Teams line up at the back, one at a time. Place a cardboard box at a distance of 25 steps from them. Each player throws a “plate,” trying to get into the box. The team with the most accurate shots wins.
3. Team throw: Two teams line up in two lines opposite each other at a distance of 20 steps. The first player from Team A throws the plate to the first player from Team B, who throws it to the second player from Team A, who throws it to the second player from Team B, and so on until the end. The throwing team gets a point if the catcher drops and does not catch the plate, and the catching team gets a point if the thrower throws the plate outside the zone of the catching player, who must stand on the line with his feet on the ground. There must be a referee in this game.
4. Crazy Plate: Teams line up behind the starting line, 20 steps from the finish line. Each team has one plate. The first players hold the plate between their knees, run to the finish line and from there throw the plate to the next players. The first team to line up across the finish line wins.
5. Water team: Each team stands at its own bucket of water. Each team has one plate. All team members carry water in a plate one by one. The task is to fill another bucket, which is thirty steps away. The team that fills the other bucket most accurately and quickly wins.
6. Follow the Plate Relay: For this game you need a deserted street or area somewhere in a park. The first players on each team throw the plate as far as possible. The second players pick up the plate and throw in the same direction, and so on. The team that moves the farthest in this way wins.
7. Freestyle: Select one or two players from each team to demonstrate their best freestyle throws: overhead, behind the back, underfoot, jumping, boomerang, or some other crazy way. Check out the most original throws.
Decorating a room or hall for a themed party
Balls . A wonderful way to “inflate” the holiday! Balloons can support almost any theme with color. Large figures (even an elephant) are also created from balls. Our prices for registration are here, call us.
Paper decor . This is a big topic, look at my articles about pompoms, tassels, accordion balls, stars and honeycombs in the “design” section. Most of all, such decorations are suitable for “colored” parties. A white and pink party for a little princess, for example...
Entertainment
Within the framework of this article, I will not be able to describe the full scenario with competitions for each topic. Now I’ll just list a few ideas that will help you organize a themed party.
To implement these ideas, every city in the country has professionals of different levels. The quality of their services may vary significantly, so carefully study the organizers' offers.
Master classes
Master classes are a very visual way to “support” a themed party. I can’t list everything, here are a few examples.
- tea ceremony (English, Chinese, Russian)
- oil painting (suitable for any theme, as you can depict anything in a painting)
- glass and porcelain painting (drawings on the theme of the holiday)
- decoupage (autumn landscapes or antique dolls, cartoon characters or fruits)
- soap making
- painting of T-shirts, baseball caps, eco-bags
- perfume session (for any flower party)
- making chocolates (on Chocolate Day, for example)
- dance master class and many other ideas...
Music selection
A professional DJ will create a playlist (list of tracks) for any theme party; doing this on your own is quite difficult.
I can remind you of one simple option - a karaoke party dedicated, for example, to songs from famous Soviet films. On special websites you will find ready-made selections of songs for small family concerts.
Photozone
I always advise setting up a photo zone even at the smallest family celebrations. With just a few decorative elements, your holiday photos won't be framed by cabinets, curtains, and walls with light switches. Here is my selection for decorating a photo zone for a themed party.
If your chosen theme allows you to choose accessories, be sure to do so! Mexican hats or an antique fan? Venetian mask or Indian headdress?
