Another raffle game in which machine builders are asked to draw on an A4 sheet a machine that they would like to produce in their own enterprise. At the same time, the participants do not even suspect that their cars will also have to cover a long distance. With ready-made drawings, players stand at the start line. Their task is to get the leaf to the finish line. Of course, they won’t be able to do this in one throw, and the paper, which, according to the rules, cannot be bent or crumpled, will not be able to fly far, so they will have to tinker with their “vehicle”. The one who reaches the finish line first is the winner.
City name
All participants can participate and propose their own version of the city name; the most original and creative name should win. To make it easier to decide, you can organize a vote with the results counted.
After the name of the “city” is given, it will be possible to decorate the wall with the resulting drawings with the name, and organize an interesting place for memorable photographs.
Another option to continue the competition is that the presenter can invite the participants to decide on the position of mayor of the city
and give him a large toy medal with the inscription “mayor” as a distinctive and memorable souvenir.
Dedication to young builders
If the team has young employees, you can conduct a comic rite of passage into the “secret order of builders.”
The most experienced employee or director from the team can take on the role of “initiator”.

If the “wheel” falls, the player must return to the start and begin the distance again. The winner is the one who completed the building the fastest.
Tower construction
For the competition you will need toy blocks.
Competing teams are asked to build the tallest tower in a certain time - for example, while playing some funny song.
Participants must run up to the place where the tower is built and each place one cube, then return back to the team, passing the baton to another participant, and so on.
During a rush, the tower will collapse, so you will have to start construction all over again. The team with the taller tower wins.
"Behind a blank wall"
For this competition, participants also need to split into two teams, the players of each “team” come up with their own word related to the construction theme.
The task will be to show this word to your opponents only with gestures, without the help of words.
You can compete during the feast, just each pretending participant will take turns leaving the table.
The team that guesses the most words will win this competition. If you need to complicate the task, you can use entire phrases instead of individual words.
Find a match
Another competition for intellectual machine builders. In it, two teams are asked to make pairs of words. At the same time, the presenter does not give the participants any hints or say how these words can be connected. Examples of words: • armored transport; • Kolomna; • VAZ cars; • Arzamas; • Mainline electric locomotives; • Tolyatti. Correct pairs: • armored transport – Arzamas; • VAZ cars – Tolyatti; • mainline electric locomotives – Kolomna. Having completed the task, players also need to explain their choice and tell how the words in the pair are connected. In this case, this is a type of transport - the city where it is produced in Russia. The winner of the competition is the team that quickly and correctly composed word pairs, and also correctly identified the connection between them.
Competition "Catch the Ball"
For the competition, those present are divided into two teams. Each of them chooses a captain. The captains stand opposite the team, at a distance of 2-3 meters (marked by a line), they are given large baskets. There are a lot of balloons near each team and a line that they cannot cross. The task is to throw as many balls as possible into your captain's basket. They, in turn, should help, but not step over the line. Captains are also prohibited from touching the balls with their hands. 3-5 minutes are allotted to complete the task, the team with the most balls in the captain’s basket wins.
At this stage of the corporate party, you can invite everyone to the table. But the fun doesn't stop. After the guests have had a little refreshment, the entertainment can continue.

Their task is to walk the distance from start to finish blindfolded, at the finish line with one hand to take as many small parts as possible (you can’t put them in your pockets, but you can hold a handful, say, to yourself), and then quickly return to the start. In first place is the player who completed the task with a bang, that is, completed it quickly, managing to bring his colleague as many fasteners as possible.
Game "Deaf Dialogue"
The manager and subordinate are invited. The boss puts on headphones, and the subordinate asks the boss questions.
For example:
- Can I take tomorrow off?
- When will the salary increase be?
- Why am I going on a business trip, and not Ivanov?
The boss, of course, doesn’t hear the questions. He can understand what he is being asked about only by the movement of his lips and facial expressions. However, the boss must answer. As a rule, the answers are “off topic”, and the dialogue turns out to be very funny.
Then the subordinate puts on the headphones, and the boss asks the questions. For example:

The number of participants is unlimited. Everyone wants to line up in a circle. To conduct this competition, you will need only one prop - a helmet, which mechanical engineers usually wear in workshops. Rules of the game - to the music, one player puts a helmet on his head, takes it off and puts it on the head of another participant, who performs identical manipulations. The one on whom the music stops goes to the center of the circle and dances to a randomly selected track. The game continues according to the same principle until the guests of the holiday get tired of it.
Game "Fanta"
This is traditional entertainment for the holidays, and we couldn’t help but include it in our fun scenario for a corporate party. The rules are simple: guests, sitting at the table, pass each other a small ball or some round fruit to the music. Suddenly the music stops and the one who has the ball pulls a forfeit out of the box and completes the task.

Not only do they need to rack their brains over how to make this or that gift, but they also need to get the details in time so as not to be left out by a competitor. Ladies evaluate ready-made gifts from their husbands on their own. At the same time, the presenter asks them to be as objective judges as possible. Based on the evaluation results, the winner is selected.
Competition "Company Treasure"
The players are divided into two teams. Props will include cocktail straws for each participant, two bracelets, and a pair of chairs. The first player puts a straw in his mouth and puts a bracelet on it. Then, at the leader’s signal, the participants run to their chairs (they are 4-6 meters away), run around them and return back. They pass the bracelet to the next player - hands-free! The winner is the team that passes their decoration from the first to the last participant faster and does not drop it.
