Sports event “Young generation chooses health” methodological development

Crazy sporty couple

The guests are formed into pairs. Each pair receives a task sheet, which can be read only after the start. The sheet will contain a list of exercises to be done. And not just do it, but do it faster than your rivals. Examples of tasks: jump over each other; hold hands and jump on your left legs 10 times; climb a tree one by one (20 cm from the ground); collect a pile of 10 stones; try to make a bridge one at a time, supporting each other and so on, depending on the weather and the outdoor environment. As soon as the presenter has distributed the sheets to the pairs, he gives the command “start”. The pairs begin to complete the tasks. The presenter makes sure that everything is fair. Whoever does it faster wins.

Varied relay

Guests are divided into teams with the same number of participants. The participants of each team stand at the same distance from each other (about a couple of meters), since the game will be a relay race. So, the first member of the first team is standing, and next to him in a step is the first member of the second team. A few meters from the first participants stand the second, then the third and so on. For each team, a bag with identical forfeits has been prepared, which will indicate ways to overcome the distance, for example, on squats; on one left leg; for kicking; backwards and so on. Important: each team has the same set of forfeits. Then the members of each team are given bags of forfeits and in each team the participants pull out one forfeit. Having become familiar with their method of overcoming the distance, the participants take their positions. The presenter hands the baton to the first participants and gives the command “start”. The first participants get to the second - each in their own way, and the second - to the third, and so on. The winning team will be determined by speed and accuracy.

Not only vocal abilities are assessed, but also synchronicity and originality of performance. The jury will award a lot to the team that copes better with the tasks.

Game with the audience “Useful - Unuseful” Presenter. Well, while our participants are preparing, you and I, dear viewers, will play. Everyone knows that health is a balanced diet. What does rational mean? It is not only tasty and satisfying, but also beneficial for the body, and therefore for health. Our game is called “Useful - Unuseful.” Now I will call food products. Therefore, now we use it even more usefully. I invite 2 participants from each team to come to me. The next competition in our program is called “Save an Apple.” The task of our participants is to sit down as synchronously as possible in 1 minute, holding an apple with their foreheads, without holding each other’s hands. Pairs of participants from each team perform the task in turn. The jury will award the lot to the team whose participants sit down more than others in 1 minute without dropping the apple (participants complete a task to the music; jury evaluations).

VII competition “Pass the thermometer to your neighbor - I’m no longer sick” Presenter. Being healthy means not getting sick. - Guys, please tell me why our mothers or nurses give us thermometers? Correct to measure temperature. — What temperature is considered normal for a person? Correct 36.6 degrees. - Does everyone have this temperature now? This means we are all healthy and we don’t need thermometers! The next competition of our program is called “Pass the thermometer to your neighbor - I’m no longer sick.” The task of our participants is to pass a homemade thermometer without using their hands, so that the thermometer is under the left armpit of the next participant. The competition starts with the captain, who passes the thermometer to the next participant, who passes it to the next participant, so the thermometer should end up with the last team member. Then the task is considered completed. All teams perform the task to the music at the same time. The team that completes the task faster than others, correctly fulfilling all the conditions of the competition, will be awarded a lot by the jury (teams perform the task to music; jury scores).

VIII competition “Offer me a continuation” Presenter. Guys, please listen to the story. — Once upon a time there lived a boy named Vovochka. He did not like to read, and in general he was not interested in studying. Moreover, he did not follow the regime, did not play sports and played computer games all day long. But one day a girl, Dasha, a beauty, an excellent student, an athlete, came to their class (preparatory group of a kindergarten). Vovochka immediately liked Dasha... - So, the next competition of our program is called “Offer me a continuation.” The task of our participants is, within 3 minutes, to come up with a continuation and ending to the beginning of the story I read. The originality of not only the author's idea and plot, but also the acting performance of your version of the story of Vovochka and Dasha is assessed. The team that, in the opinion of the jury, will cope with the task better than others will be awarded a lot by our experts (the teams are preparing for the performance).).

IX competition “Take me away from here” Presenter. In sports, and in life in general, it is necessary to cultivate a sense of cohesion, collectivism, i.e. the ability to live in society with others, to work in a team. Imagine that your friend, a member of your team at a competition, suddenly gets injured and cannot independently leave the field or site where the competition is taking place. He needs help. The next competition in our program is called “Take Me Out of Here.” The task of our participants is to figure out how to safely transport their friend or help him leave the sports field and bring this method of transportation to our attention. The originality, dexterity, speed of execution and, most importantly, the safety of the method are assessed. The team that, in the opinion of the jury, will cope with the task better than others will be awarded a lot by our experts (teams complete the task of the competition; jury evaluations).

X competition “Dance” Presenter. Health, as we said earlier, is movement. And movement is not only speed and dexterity, but also plasticity, the desire to move to the music, observing tact and rhythm. So, the final competition of our program is called “Dance.” The task of our participants is to dance as a team, repeating the movements that the captain shows them. All participating teams dance at the same time. The synchronicity and accuracy of the movements, as well as the originality of the dance composition are assessed. The team that, in the opinion of the jury, will cope with the task better than others will be awarded a lot by our experts (a selection of melodies and songs of different genres and directions will be played; the teams will complete the task of the competition; the jury’s assessments).

6. Conduct of the results of the competition program, rewarding (the winner is the team that collected the most lots).

7. Summary of the program Presenter. So our meeting has come to an end. And it doesn’t matter at all who scored more lots (points) today. The most important thing in any competition is not victory, but participation. And the goal of our program is our health. Remember that health needs to be protected and strengthened from childhood. And then a long, cheerful and happy life awaits you. We need color, grass in dew and smiling childhood. We need peace, a wonderful world, given as an inheritance. We need a colorful meadow and a rainbow over the meadow. We need to run, jump, sing and talk to each other. Talk about anything: about games and fun, About turnips, break and cinema, and about brave soldiers. Who is bothered by this world with flowers and without sadness?.. We will not let illness into this colorful world! Be healthy! Goodbye, see you again!

Ask the tree

The leader attaches notes to each tree. Each note contains a specific task, for example, squat 10 times; Jump up 10 times with your legs crossed; Jump on your left leg 10 times; roll forward; stand on the “bridge”; make a “swallow” and so on. All participants are gathered at one point. The presenter gives the command “start” and the participants scatter in search of notes in the trees. As soon as the participant finds the note, he immediately performs its action, after which he goes to search for the next note. Whichever participant at the end of the game (when there are no more notes left) collects more notes, that is, performs more actions, will become the winner.

What will be of interest to high school students?

In order for high school students to really enjoy and remember the event, it must be truly unusual and exciting. On the other hand, the love for outdoor games only increases at this age, and children should enjoy the sports festival. Scenario at school

could be, for example, the following:

Initiation into tourists

If you have the opportunity to organize a holiday in nature, you can arrange tests for real tourists for the children. Competitions may include the following:

  • Obstacle zone. Place the jump ropes where the participant will need to crawl under them. Cut out circles from paper that symbolize swamp hummocks - you will need to jump on them on one leg. Come up with some other tasks: maybe somewhere you will need to jump or do push-ups several times. Or maybe get to the hollow of the tree to pick up the prize from there?
  • Every tourist should be able to tie knots perfectly. The teams are given a rope and given the task: to tie as many knots on it as possible - of course, very strong ones. After a couple of minutes, the opponents are asked to exchange ropes and untangle the knots.
  • Tourists must be well oriented in space so as not to get lost. The participant is blindfolded and spun around several times. After this, people tend to become directionless and have difficulty understanding which side is which. The participant’s task is to determine in which direction the “halt” is, that is, his team.
  • Need I say how important it is for a tourist to be able to make a fire? We can see which team can handle this better. Of course, this competition should only be held in places where making fires is not prohibited. Afterwards, at the fire, you can even try to cook something: not necessarily in competition mode, just for the atmosphere.

Running through stations

This game is extremely popular in children's camps, but it can be played in a schoolyard or outdoors if the area is familiar. Only one team participates in the competition. According to the classic version of the game, children need to find their counselor - the “kidnapping” of the class teacher can become the reason for a sports festival at school. The script begins the task received at the start: to run, for example, to the horizontal bar. There, one of the teachers meets the children and gives them their task - say, to identify a daredevil who can do the required number of pull-ups. After completing the task, the team is told where to run next.

Sports tasks in this game can alternate with intellectual ones, such as riddles or quizzes. But if the game is timed to coincide with a sports festival, it is necessary that all competitions correspond to the theme. Quiet games can take place in offices, active games can take place on the street or in the gym. You can search not only for the class teacher, but also, for example, a bag of sweets or any other prizes.

A lively, active and fun program will not only give children an unforgettable experience, but will also remind them how important it is to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Baseball penalty

The guys are divided into 2 teams with the same number of participants (approximately 5 participants each). Among the participants in each team, the most dexterous one is chosen. He will be the one to take the penalty kick. So, the team’s batter becomes, who is handed a bat (a child’s paddle will also work), and opposite the batter at a certain distance a mark is placed (drawn), to which all participants (except the batter) of the opposing team will take turns approaching and throw their ball (they will approach simple or tennis). The winning team will be determined by the number of balls hit by their batters. Whoever has the most rebounded balls wins.
