We will start with the very top part of the bow, all the ribbons will be folded according to the same principle, only what the part consists of will change. So for the first part we take a ribbon with a pattern 15 cm long and lace 15 cm long. We put a drop of glue in the middle, connecting the ribbons to each other, the lace will be inside. Next, we bend the ends of the lace to the middle, glue it, and then bend the ends of the ribbon, bending around the lace, also to the middle, as shown in the photo.

We make the next part from a tape 25 mm wide and 17 cm long and a tape 12/15 mm wide and 17.2 cm long. Take a 25 mm wide tape, fold it in half, find the middle, then bend the ends of the tape to the middle and glue it. We make the next part from a tape 25 mm wide and 20.5 cm long, fold it in half, look for the middle, bend the ends to the middle, and glue it. Next, we take lace 20.7 cm long and bend it around the resulting part. And lastly, take a tape 12/15 mm and 20.7 cm long and also bend it around the resulting part. We do everything as shown in the photo.
Now let's connect the cross of ribbons and the last part. We place the straight piece on the crosses, align the middles and glue them together.
Now all that remains is to connect the lower and upper parts of the bow to each other, lay them on top of each other, align the middles and glue them together. We decorate the middle of the bow with a ribbon 12/15 mm wide, start wrapping the bow from the wrong side, go to the face, secure it in the middle with glue, and then go to the wrong side, cut off the excess, singe the ribbon with a lighter, and glue it.
Next, we attach an elastic band to the bow, take a felt circle with a diameter of 4 cm, make slits in it, the width between the slits is equal to the width of the elastic band, and the length of the slot is equal to the width of the tape with which we will secure the elastic band (in our case it is a ribbon 12/15 mm wide ). First we glue the elastic band to the felt between the slots, then insert a piece of tape into the slots, put a drop of glue where it meets the elastic band, then from the inside we bend the ends of the tape from the middle and glue them to the felt. My circle of felt protruded a little beyond the edges of the bow, so I trimmed them a little, which I advise you to do, and now we glue the felt together with the elastic to the bow.
